Running With Werewolves

Chapter 15

I've never seen Kazuo transform before but i did that day. Today he was taking me to the pack deep in the forest. I must follow closely behind him and he must not help me. I will learn to run with him or i will be left behind. I made my choice and i will learn increasing my speed with each leap. I did as he thought me, following behind him, I did not miss a scent, i listened to anything coming towards me and with out watching where i leap i could feel the earth as though it was an extension of who i was.

"A gazelle, almost fifty yards from us." I said to him.

"I could hear him." Kazuo said not even shifting his course as he neared the gazelle he leaped above it. This, all of this was second nature to him. I was still learning.

We went deeper into the forest so deep you could not see a human for miles. I was in the den of wolves and i went in alone. Soon enough Kazuo came to a stop his seven feet almost three hundred pounds body; enormous paws creators into the earth. A werewolf stood before him. This werewolf looked just like Kazuo, standing on all fours and large, except this werewolf did not have Kazuo's jet black, no it was brown. 

The werewolf transformed and it was Shin. They cannot speak in there werewolf form and so Kazuo returned to his human form.

"What is a human doing deep in the forest of werewolves?!" Shin barked as though ready to attack Kazuo. 

Kazuo stayed calm and spoke, "He is here to see the Alpha."

"A Human to see the Alpha!! Why?!" Shin continued to bark. 

Kazuo walked pass Shin, "follow me and you would know"

Shin snarled at me. I showed no fear. Kazuo looked back at me and i followed him into the den. We then stood before the Alpha: Wilderbeast. He was magnificent. Standing before him i could feel his power. Most humans could only dream to posses that kind of power. Kazuo bowed before him and explained everything. I was sure that i would have had to fight the Alpha. I was surprised. He spoke.

"Once again our secret lay with a human. tell me human, do you understand the danger in which you are in?" He asked.

"I'm standing in a den full of creatures no one, at least not me, thought could have ever existed. I'm told that you fight to protect us from creatures of the night, Vampires. Looking at you i say, your species is the greatest predictor on this earth. Danger? apparently its all i live for." I said. 

Wilderbeast laughed loudly, then he looked at me and spoke, "You live for danger huh human?! Well our pack must constantly fight the vampires." he said then he walked up to me, "We live each day to fight if you wish to join this pack you join to put your life on the line and fight alongside werewolves."

"That's fine by me. I already know alot about the pack. The pack becomes your family. We are never alone we fight together and we protect each other. Kazuo taught me this. He also taught me the love of the pack." I paused and went down on one knee bowing before Wilderbeast, "He taught me love."

Wilderbeast looked at Kazuo, "What did you do?"

Kazuo looked his father in the eyes, "I have imprinted on him father, i love him."

Wilderbeast looked at me, "You are welcomed into the pack."

Shin addressed The Alpha, "Father! Why would we allow a human into the pack!!??!" He was not please.

Wilderbeast glare at Shin, "You know better Shin, we cannot separate them, he is part of this pack." 

After learning that Kzauo imprinted upon me my place in the pack was secured. I was now part of the werewolves. I was now running with the wolves something i couldn't let my family know.
