Ariana's POV:

I waited for his reply while I laid there in my bed. Maybe I shouldn't have asked him. It's too personal. I think right now he's thinking if he should answer my question.

I waited for minutes then suddenly he replied back:

"If I say it to you, I think you're not gonna believe me." He replied

"I promise you that I'll believe you. Please?" I begged

"A promise is made to be broken." He replied

"Awww. Please?" I begged

Why am I desperate to know?

I'm a friend of him right? Then I think I still have the right to know right?

"I'm gonna tell it to you at the right time, babe." He replied

What? What did he just called me? Babe?

My heart palpitated because of an unknown reason.

"Fine. You win. But can I ask you another question?" I asked

"What is it, babe?" He replied

*lubdublubdub*

My heart palpitated again.

"Uhm. Soooo, who's your ex-girlfriend?" I asked

I patiently waited for his answer while staring at the ceiling.

"Uh do I really have to say it to you?" He asked

"You decide. I understand if you don't like anyway. It's something personal. I'm sorry for asking." I replied

"I also don't have the right to ask you." I added

"No, no, no. It's not what you think, babe. You have the right to ask me 'cuz you're my friend." He replied

"Just forget that I asked you, Luke." I replied

"I'm gonna tell you who my ex-girlfriend is but..." He replied

"But what?" I asked
