Chapter 9: Chat Ended

Ariana's POV

I waited for Luke's reply while staring at the ceiling.

"But, you've got to promise me someting babe." He replied

Huwat!?

I laid there deciding if I would respond to Luke.

I kept asking myself 'Should I reply or what?'

I rolled so I was lying on my belly, I laid there with my thoughts battling if I should respond to him.

While thinking, Luke messaged me.

"Hey Ariana, are you still there? What happened? Did I said something wrong?" He said

"No, no. It's nothing." I answered

"What happened, babe?" he asked

So here he goes again ladies and gentlemen with all the names he calls me. Honestly, he kinda creeps me out. No correction, HE CREEPS ME OUT.

I paused for a moment to think of an excuse. I can't just tell him 'Oh I am very sorry. I just thought if I would respond to you or not' that would totally sound rude.

Aha! I already know what to say to him.

"Oh sorry. I just went to the bathroom. Did it took too long?" I asked

"Oh no, not really. I was just curious of what happened, babe." He replied

I looked at the time and I noticed that it's already 11:45. What the!? We chatted like almost 4 hours!?

"Luke, I gotta go now byieee!!" I said

"Aww :( Why? You're not enjoying my company anymore?" He replied

"Uhh, I gotta do something important right now." I lied

Actually I wanted this talk to end cuz this guy is totally creeping me out already.

"Okay, bye sweetheart." He replied

"Let's just chat maybe some time." I said

"Okay! Goodbye!" he replied
