Chapter 2: Change Of Emotions

Ariana's POV:

"Where are we going, babe?" I asked curiously

"It's a surprise, babe." He replied taking a glance at me then returning his attention to the road while smiling

"You know I hate surprises." I said with a pout

"Awww, babe. Don't be mad." He said while holding my hand on my lap while his other hand is on the stirring wheel

"Fine." I said in defeat

Who couldn't resist his cuteness?

After the long drive, we arrived at our destination. Thank God cuz I can't feel my bum anymore. The venue was near the cliff. It was designed with candles everywhere. Vanilla scented candles to be more specific. A table is standing between, there are two men playing the violin and there were rose petals on the way. My mouth hang open because of the sight. You could see the whole Australia.

"Do you like it, babe?" He asked

"Like it? I love it!" I answered with a smile plastered on my face

He guided me to the table while I'm admiring the beauty of the place. He pulled back the chair for me to sit. He's really a gentleman.

We ate our dinner and chat a little. Two men also played the violin for us. To make it look more romantic.

My phone buzzed. I instantly looked at it and noticed that I received a message from my bestfriend, Bianca. I opened the message and it said:

"Hi Aria! Sup? What you doin'? Can I come over? I'm really bored right now." -Bianca

"Hi Bianca! Actually I'm having dinner with Ashton--"

"Babe, who are you talking to?" Ashton asked interupting my conversation with Bianca

"Actually I'm talking to Bianca, babe." I said turning to him with a smile

"Oh okay, babe. Sorry for interupting. Go on then." He said with the emotions of sadness and anger?

"Are you okay, babe?" I asked

"Nothing, babe." He answered

I just bought his excuse. I didn't want to ask him anymore. But one question was racing in my mind: Why did his mood changed?

I continued my conversation with Bianca.

"-- I'm very sorry. We can just do it tomorrow, maybe? And we can have a movie marathon tomorrow night at my house." -Ariana x

"Sounds great." -Bianca x

How come Bianca just replied a short message? She often replies kinda long ones. What's happening right now? Something's fishy going on in here.

While asking questions in my head, Ashton interupted my thoughts.

"Babe, I think we should go now." Ashton said with no emotions

"Okay, babe." I replied

Why did our conversation of Bianca affected his mood?

A while his sweet but right now his sad. Boysss.
