Did i seriously went back to the past ?

Is this a prank ?

Then i saw a glimpse of unfinished building at the window. Wait, werent that building was completed in 2018 ?

So i really am back to the past.

But why.. why did i came to wrong date ?

If suddenly the universe want to help me, why cant the universe turn back the time before my mother was missing !

( Because the story wont get interesting in that way ~~author chan~~)

"Anyways, since you wake up. Here eat this ! You're fav food ! I just bought this for you." Akako handed me a plate of takoyakis. I picked one of them using a chopstick and ate them. I felt the energy filled inside of me after i ate.

"Thanks Akako."

"No problem amigo. Just be careful next time." Akako gave me a glass of water.

Time skip....

It has been few days since i travelled to past. What should i do ? This is a rare chance ! I can save mom but how ?
It is not like i can fight the ganglers.  I bet one fighting move and i could end up in the hospital.

Should i ask help from the polices ? But how am i supposed to explain my situation ? Besides, the global police still can not transform and i have no information about that gangler. I dont even know the gangler's face !

Maybe the thieves ? Since i already know their faces , i can just blackmail them. Afterall, they are the one who defeat the gangler. But, if i do get involved with them, i might get into trouble in the future. I dont want to be targeted by the police !

What should i do ? Both of the group still did not appear untill few months later.

A ringtone from my phone snapped me back to reality. A message ? From who ?

Hey megumi. Why dont we go on a date this friday ?

Ahh. I almost forgot. I am still dating with this bastard. Nakahara hiro, he used to be my fiance. Father wanted me and him to get married in the future for the classic to strengthen the company empire. The past me just follow the order because i used to have a huge crush on hiro. We became couple since high school. But i was so naive and oblivious. The truth is... Hiro did not love me at all. He only follow his parent's order and cheated on me behind my back for two years. So that means..

That bastard is cheating on me right now !

Well, it still early to plan my mission to save my mom. I need to settle this problem first. Better get rid of this guy first so i can focus on my mission. I quickly send a message to him saying i agree.

Hmm. Where did i put my camera ?

Time skip to friday..

I checked my outfit again. Good, no wrinkles . I grabbed my purse and making sure all my things were in there.

"Megumi chan!" A voice called me from behind. I put the brightest smile on my face as i turned around that direction and gave a small wave.

"Hiro kun!"

"Megumi chan, let's go ! There is a cafe i want to try. They have good reviews too. Man, i really looking foward for the pasta." He hold my hand and we walked together to the cafe.

Ugh, i need to sanitize my hand after this.

After we got a table, we quickly ordered our food.

"One carbonara pasta and iced cappucino for me."

"Just get me latte caramel. Thats all. Thank you."

The waiter nodded and left after writing our order.

"Just drinks megumi chan ? You should eat more. I heard that you passed out few days ago. You cant skip food to lose weight."

" ahh. Do not worry about me. I will be more careful from now on. Hiro kun, you seem busy this week. Are you okay ? You did not reply my message as much as you used to."

Hiro adjusted his position before answering,

"Yeah. I had a trouble with coding. It was kinda difficult. The assignment need to be complete next thursday. Sure, i think i can finish the coding problem before the submission.

We talked and ate our food. Now it is the time.

"Hiro kun."

"Yeah ?"

"I have a wonderful thoughts these days and i just need to tell you."

Hiro stopped scrolling his phone and pay attention to me.

"Oh, what is it ?"

I smiled and closed my eyes,

"Let's break up."

Hiro was shocked as he blinks several times before finally able to say something.

"Eh? What are you saying megumi chan ? This is a joke right ?"

"Nope~. I dont think we are a great match you know. Besides, i dont want to marry with a cheater like you."

"Megumi chan ! How could you said that ! I am your fiance ! Me, cheating? You dont trust me ? "

Great. Now, everyone looked at us.

"Of course i dont trust you. Especially after i saw these." I pulled out a bunch of pictures from my purse. Pictures of hiro and his girlfriend having a date at the same cafe as we sitting now.

Hiro stunned as he looked at the pictures. I stood up and grabbed my purse.

"Trying to play victim here ? Nice try. I already sent the copies to your parents and my father. I am sure that they will be understand."

"Megumi chan, you cant do this. What will our parents will say ? They are hoping that we will be together !"

" i can. Hey, isnt this great ? Now that we break up, you can date your lover without hiding anything. Or..perhaps.. the reason why you never break up with me was because of money ? If our relationship is over, your father will cut your allowance or worse, you need to get a job. Well dont worry. Love can overcome anything. Goodbye hiro kun. Hope you are happy with your new problem. " with that, i left.

Wow, this is awkward. That girl just dropped the break up bomb and already did her homework. I am sure that everyone heard every single detail.

"What a jerk. He is the one who cheated and try to be a victim. She did the right thing." My friend next to me said her opinion.

"Well, there are many people who does not appriciate the love that they receive."

"I did not expecting a short drama for our cafe observation."

"Yeah. But it was a great show. Do you think that will be happen in our restaurant in the future ?" I grinned as i drank my coffee.

"Kairi ! Dont say that ! I sure hope not. Besides this job is just for cover. We dont want our restaurant to stand out that much." She whispered so no one can hear her.

"When we opened the restaurant, make sure you worked for our job, not for a drama."

"Sure touma. Sure."
