Music camp was fun, to say the least. I made a lot of new friends, all interested in music, but this made me miss Jihoon.
He smiled anytime I came over his house and just played around with his instruments. We'd search up any song we wanted to learn and just have a jam session at his house if his parents weren't home.
I took him out to eat when I heard he'd be auditioning. I heard some good things about Pledis artists, and they were all fairly famous, so I was excited to know that Jihoon possibly debut as a singer, something he told me he's dreamed of ever since he was little.
"Wouldn't training be hard? You're only fifteen." I asked him. He looked up at me, eyebrows raised and he seemed to be thinking.
"Well, the path to success is never easy." He said. I smiled and nodded.
"I guess so." I responded.

I suddenly woke up to the sound of a notification from my phone. I blinked at my surroundings, realizing I wasn't at in my bedroom.
'Music camp, right.'
I still wasn't used to waking up in a dorm room but I ignored the feeling and checked who messaged me.
It was Jihoon.
I unknowingly smiled at the sight of his name. I really missed playing the keyboard at his house while he sang songs like 'Just the Way You Are' or 'I'm Yours'. It was weird how even though his pronunciation wasn't the greatest, it still sounded amazing coming from him.
