Note: This is an extra chapter, it goes in depth of small amounts of the lore and news around the world that Akiko lives in. Also Explains what Akiko has been doing during the free time she has, saying she's going to the library.

There were alot of books in the library, they were so fun. More intresting than the people here who keeps being boring. So formal and polite, my insides hurt having to act as them as well.
At the library there was mostly no one there, and I can learn up how to do the most intresting skills like magic, other languages, ingredients, and potion making. And reading storybooks are so fun.
When I transmigrated here I thought I wouldn't know how to read. I was so glad I could read. At least, what seems to be the international language. It's too bad they didn't have internet. It was so easier to look up what certain words ment than turning a page in a dictionary every new and unknown word.
Which was sometimes quite alot. Certain slang and street words were many, they were perhaps called 'titles' or something. This thing called Ritcha is still something I can't comprehend on though. Apperantly it's a slang for rich and chat? What is that even suppose to make? Why is it even allowed to be a useable slang in every sentence that involves the higher class? Not even chatting, just the higher class in general.
I found out how to 'channel magic' as of late. Letting it out my fingers and body and such in certain volumes and densities. It kinda feels like when I change the sound of my voice. If I want a higher pitch, I go for a higher throatal level, or in this case. Bodial level? How do I explain this? It's like... Holding your chest and head in a certain way. I was never good at explaining, just understanding.
Fire was like a lowly-high pitch sound, water is like a low calm pitch sound, air is like a cheeky high sound, and earth was like an deep but in-between sound. It was only the basic elements right now, hopefully I get better at this as time goes on.
The other languages I refered to earlier was the 'Dragonic' Language, The 'Ancient' Language, and The 'Monster' Language. It was never stated in-game, but there were apperantly monsters. Just at the outskirts of the walls. At the forests, where monsters actually roam. There were even the rare dragons, which most of them were hibernating for a long time.
It was intresting, especially when you're bored what to read. It was especially easy for me to understand though, I found certain similarities to the languages here and in my previous world. Those of which I do like to study sometimes.
I mean, Je travaille. Am I right? Why is that the only french words that get's stuck in my head? I don't even work.
The Anciets related to the french with all the accents on top of the letters and such, The Monsters related to Russian, and The Dragonic related to Skyrim, somehow. I guess I'll be the next dovakiin at this point.
Hahaha, Am I going to shout 'Fus Ro Dah' next?
Am I going to get a copystrike? God, I hope not!
Anyways, what's super intresting about this is the fact these books are apperantly made by the monsters, humans, and dragons back in the old day when peace was still a big thing. Till the humans decided 'haha, nope. Peace? What's that?' And started attacking the monsters and dragons, fighting for power. The humans win of course, as cliché goes. But just after like 156[It varies it books, but this is my estimate] years of fighting and deciding, 'ok, we can't fully beat you. And, uh, sorry. Here's 1/4th of the land. We are taking 3/4ths.' And they accepted. What a greedful and prideful acts for the humans.
How cliché, humans always wanting everything. Fighting for what is that to be shared. And ruining bonds by their greed filled ways. It always seemed to be the cliché of how the world is divided, no matter how I look at it. Even if it says 'The Monsters attacks first.' Eh, whatever.
Ingredients, how should I say this. It may not be as eye alluring to any usual person, but it is to me. I loved cooking and baking in my previous life, it made me feel... useful, for once. So I cooked it up to be a skill of mine! And honestly, I'd like to see if the ingredients of this world is the same or not. Then I'd have to use a substitute.
Most of the things are the same, but with just diffrent names, and written purposes. It seems like they haven't discovered the many more uses to make food. I mean, there is alot already. But there is alot more! I tend to watch cooking videos anyways, perhaps I can make a brewery too. Skills I learned from being so empty and relying on the internet to feel alive, it was short-lived. Obviously.
There is so much I could make here. An omurice would be nice, how about some savory blins? Raindrop Cake to topple off? Or perhaps a bit of an ala mode crepe? There are alot of possibilities. My favorite would be something of the sort of bisteak, something I made once that I cannot forget the taste of. It went especially good with wagyu thin beef.
I've been talking too much about food. But knowing they aren't available here makes me want to make them even more! They taste so good! But I'm not allowed in the kitchen. Apperantly, Nobles aren't suppose to be in the kitchen! Ridicu-fucking-lus.
And the thing about potion making? They are basically like making juice, just with medicinal herbs. Actually, that would be more like tea. But with more 'medical punch!' So it's more like liquidified pills. They are more easier to understand than actual medicine in my original world, since they make use of tea making and that much.
They also require magical power infused in them to pack that extra kick. Certain elemental magicians's can also make resistance potions of their favored element. So for a fire elemental, you won't burn to death. I bet it would still be hot though.
Nullification would probably make nullification, right? There are no records of nullifying magic at all. I guess it's more of a mute pitch than anything if I'm refering to my earlier statment about magic, which I am.
There were storybooks yes, but I'm not refering to children's books, no. I'm refering to what the equivelent of this world's light manga. That, or something so deep. That a child shouldn't even read.
I'm not a child by a long shot. Well, mentally. In both worlds, I guess. I was never going to be a normal child anyways. This other world thing just amplifies that.
There's a certain lacking of entertainment books actually, it was few but it really was fun to read, although most of them is either action or mystery that takes over a couple hundread thousand words. Either this world lacks entertainment, or this household does.
...
Sometimes I think it weird that I understand alot more than what others do. I wasn't anything special, I just had too much free time on my hands. Too much, too very much. While they gather and socialize, I was left to learn things I found 'intresting' to me. Most of them didn't take up my academic marks at all, maybe that's the reason why everyone doesn't think me high.
What I do not want, I do not study. I can only understand so much if it piqed my intrest. All else is irrelevant. After all, the world made it clear I wouldn't leave a lasting mark.
