Wow, I can't believe it's done!
I started this story back in December. Originally, it was just a poem (shown in the Epilogue), but then I decided to create a story off of it. Once I had the story idea, told myself that this would only be a small project. It was only going to be a short story, however, as I began writing, the characters developed themselves, and I realized I couldn't do them the injustice of too short a story. So 45 pages later, I finally finished.
Now, as you may have noticed, this story was released all in one day. This was the first story I've never posted chapter-by-chapter, and I found that I enjoy it much more as I was able to edit it and go back and change things. However, it's unlikely I'll continue to do this with the main stories I have going on right now (It Started With a Note, Twenty-Four, and Puzzle Pieces). If I do another little project like this, however, I may release it all-together again.
I really hope you guys enjoyed this! I worked really hard on it, and I'm really proud of it.

Max, you have stuck with me through thick and thin, endlessly supporting me when I wanted to give up on this story. You were the one who convinced me to go through with the idea as the story's topic was much more serious than I was used to writing.
