Hoseok glanced down briefly at their interlocked hands between their car seats and looked up at Chungha once more. "I can't believe that I can finally tell you how gorgeous you are and how I would literally pluck a star from the sky for you if you wanted me to."
Chungha laughed as she hit Hoseok softly in the arm. "Do it then, get me a star."
"That's just a metaphor though."
Chungha chuckled. "You're lame."
Silence fell over the two in Hoseok's car.
"You know," Chungha said after a while as she looked up at Hoseok. "I'm curious about something. I always wanted to ask you about it, but I kinda didn't really dare to while we were still in the house."
"And now you dare to?"
"Yeah."
Hoseok laughed. "That's ridiculous, but what is it?"
"You know how there was one night when I saw you lying in the dark living room, drinking beer, what was that all about?"
Hoseok let out a small chuckle as he looked down at her. "You really wanna know?"

Chungha nodded, her eyes wide open like a little puppy. "Mmhmm."
"If I need to blame it someone, I'll have to blame it on you."
