"where have you been?" dohwan yelled as he pushed down the random papers he had held in his hands.
"work, where else?" sooyoung calmly responded.
dohwan only became more aggressive as he ran up against the girl and held onto her collar with both of his arms.
"what the fuck dohwan?!"
"quit your job! i need you here! i need my perfect girl here!"
"i need to go to work!"
"why?! we have me! i can pay for anything and everything without needing to work a single bit! if you really wanted a job, you can even work at my dad's place!"
"i don't care, dohwan! i want to work for myself! and so what if i was here more? why would you want me here? so you can have sex with me?"
"yes! what else?!"
dohwan let go of his grip as he starred into sooyoung's eyes. those eyes. the eyes that succeeded in tricking sooyoung into thinking he was a good person. "look, no sex, okay? but, i'll spend some time with you. what do you want to do?" sooyoung let out.
"stare at you."
"um, sure?"
night had easily fallen upon the two. "he's so lucky that i came back to his place..." sooyoung kept thinking as she glanced at dohwan's sleeping figure. why did she like him after all? was it simply because he had confessed that she was the prettiest girl he had ever seen during high school?
"but, yerim, wow it's really been a long time..." she suddenly thought. the girl never failed to make her happy during high school. she could never forget their study dates. they were both determined students in which they would first do the work and then proceed to talk about life and boys. yerim had always talked without pronouns and without names. "i wonder who she used to like back then. maybe he wasn't really popular?"
