And it's getting harder everyday
If he was still around everything would be okay
Because his dad was always the light at the end of the tunnel
But now the same damn tunnel is looking dark and gray

Ever since the accident Ashton's whole view on life changed, his whole perspective.
It's has been so hard for him ever since the car accident. He felt as though ever since he watched his father die everything changed for him, that was when everything went down hill. school, step dad, drug addict brother.
If Bruce were here none of this would be happening . he would still be popular and wanted at school, he wouldn't have a step dad and his brother wouldn't be doing drugs.
Ashton's brother harry, became a very angry person when Bruce died mostly because they both looked up to him, and now they just have to look up higher.
Bruce was the best example of a man. perfect life, perfect family, perfect job, not too shabby.
Bruce was Ashton's world, his light at the end of the tunnel, the one that would always be there for him and now, he will never be able to. Ashton still to this day blames his fathers death on himself and believes that he could of stopped it from happening because now that his dad is not here.
The tunnel is dull, dark, wet and grey.
