chapter twenty two : groceries

Ya'll summer is almost over shit.

Third Person's POV:

"I'll go with Hoseok and Yoongi to the mall. Would you like something?" Ji eun asks her younger brother who's currently doing paperwork which he hates so much.

Jungkook looks up from the pile of his paperwork and pushes up his round glasses. He shakes his head and says "Nothing at the moment Noona. I'll just text you if I need anything." 

Ji Eun frowns and goes closer to his brother and sits on the corner of the wooden table. She frowns when she sees the eye bags that Jungkook has and his pale lips. It wouldn't surprise her that he isn't sleeping well, she knows about the current situation and how it affects Jungkook.

"Jungkook" She says, wanting the attention of her brother.

He didn't show any reaction as he signs a file. Ji eun goes to the ear of Jungkook and blows in it, causing the younger to shake. Jungkook looks at his sister with a frown before going back to his work which annoys Ji eun to the core.

"Jeon Jungkook!"She screams causing him to drop the papers. Ji eun smiles when she got Jungkook's attention.

"Now little brother, let me do the paperwork. I'll inform Yoongi and Hoseok to do the training instead of you. You clearly need sleep." She says as she removes Jungkook's eyeglasses from his eyes.

"Noona" He whines. Okay, a break sounds good for Jungkook but he knew he should work harder to protect Taehyung.

"Jungkook, look at yourself." Ji eun says as she shoves a small mirror into Jungkook's hands.

When Jungkook looks at his reflection, he is honestly shocked. Yes he knew that he hasn't been sleeping well for the past nights as he trains himself harder and his team.

His eyes looks dull and out of life and his face seems to loose the glow it once had. He places the mirror down and frowns, Ji eun is right.

"Fine" he says and he sees Ji eun with a bright smile as she hugs him tightly. Jungkook pats the back of his sister since it is too tight and he couldn't breathe and she stops hugging him.

"Good, now freshen up and sleep. I'll inform them." she says, pulling Jungkook out of his seat and pushes him to the door.

She opens the door and pushes Jungkook once again outside. Once he's outside, he hears the door lock and sighs.

He heads to his room and slowly removes his clothes. Once he reaches the bed, he is only wearing his boxers. He slides into the soft bed and he is soon out like a light.

"Let's go grocery shopping." Hoseok says as he pats Yoongi's head.The older groans, not wanting to leave the home as he wants to sleep.

"Why now though? We can always do that later." He says as he squints his eyes. In his head, he's giddy knowing that they're going out together. Well not on a date but it means a lot for Yoongi.

"Fine" he says and stands up from the couch he was sleeping on. He streches, causing some of his skin to be seen. Hoseok looks briefly at the skin of Yoongi. Wanting to touch it.

He shakes his head, he can't have those kinds of thoughts for a man. That wasn't right for him.

"What are you waiting for? Let's go." Yoongi says as he grabs a random car key from the key holder.

"Nothing" he replies and follows Yoongi to the garage. He was disappointed at himself for thinking like that.

Once they arrived at the supermarket, Hoseok quickly rushes out of the car to grab a cart. Yoongi knew that Hoseok can't cook for shit and that's why it always ended up with Yoongi cooking.
