"Mom" ,I said that word with spite in my mouth ,that word sounded really distasteful in my mouth ,when last did I see this women ,why the hell was she here!

"Are you ok Christi?" My grandma asked with worry in her eyes.

"Hu...hum...am ok "I said as I stared at my mom ,wasn't she going to say anything to me ,she just stood there and kept staring at me from top to bottom like if she was scanning my appearance,forcing me to lower my gaze,I immediately went down to the ground and started picking up the pieces of broken plates, spaghetti and meatballs

My temper suddenly flared ,why is she here , why the hell is she here at our home ,she never visits us why now !,I asked myself multiple questions that morosed my thoughts. I felt a finger as I was still busy on the ground pulling my top ,indicating I should stand up and look up

I turned my face and looked up at the lady who was suppose to be my mother ,the person I was suppose to look up to ,the person I was suppose to be so close to whom now was holding my top with her finger ,was I that filthy ,was I really that dirty ?

"Are you done ?"mom asked as she stood there in a very composed state

I didn't answer her,forcing her to repeat her question ,this time she repeated it with a higher pitch and more authority

"Yes"I said rolling my eyes,I shoved her finger off me as I stood up,"what are you doing here mother?"

"What a absurd question to ask Christina ,can't a mother visit her daughter ,can't a mother miss the one she loves dearly?"mother said with the most cutest expression ,I almost felt that compassion in her words almost

"Ha! ,Don't make me laugh mother when did you start missing me ,a wretch like you miss me ,your funny" those words came out bluntly ,I shouldn't have said that

"Christina!,how could you speak to your mother that way ?"granny said with shock in her eyes and a bit of embarassment

"No mother I don't blame her,I blame you ,is this what you taught my daughter all these year's ,how to disrespect her own mother ?" Oh my word,this lady can't be serious ,she is blaming granny,she is unbelievable

"No... no"granny said in a hurry

"It doesn't matter mother , Christina pack your bags we are leaving,I'm waiting outside"mother said looking really pissed off this time as she modelled her way out the house with her red expensive stilettos

"And don't make me wait !"she shouted before banging the door

"She must be joking ,I'm not going with her grandma ,am I ?" I asked granny as she stood there just looking at me ,I could see tears in her eyes,I wasn't going anywhere ,grandma can't live without me ,whose going to cook and take care of her ,who was going to make her laugh ,mom should be just playing those useless pranks on me she always does this

"Why aren't you answering me granny ,l'm not going right !"this time I shouted ,why was she not answering me ,why was she so silent ,why isn't she saying anything

"Granny!"she has to say something right then why isn't she

"Listen to your mom and go with her ,she knows what's best for you ,please don't argue " grandma said as she left the room locking it in the process.

I stood in the living room alone ,confused and angered, everyone left me ,dad did that ,mom did that and now granny is doing the same thing.

I stormed in my room and packed what I could before rushing downstairs and banging the door in a very melodramatic way,without saying goodbye or kissing my granny for the last time ,I was probably not going to see her again
