weeks had gone by. you and minho were still running together, even though you insisted you could run on your own. the two of you had gotten closer, since you were spending every day together. but you couldnt help but develop a little crush on him.
as you two ran out of the maze, newt limped up to you.
"yn, love, somethings happened."
you see ash rise on the other side of the field.
"what the hell? is that my hut?" you say, stress laced in your voice.
"well yn, it's right by the kitchen. an ember must have caught fire on it somehow.." newt begins to explain as you sprint to it.
boys are surrounding your now burned down hut, looking at it in awe and shock.
"nothing to see here, move along." you say rudely as you examine it.
minho walked beside you. "well shuck yn."
"shuck indeed." you say sarcastically. "i need a drink." you walk away to the kitchen to grab a jar of gallys drink.
newt walked up to minho. "keeper meeting after dinner mate."
"got it." minho nodded.
dinner was relatively quiet. you ate in silence, frustrated about where you would go.
minho ate extra fast and got up. "i got a keeper meeting yn, but i'll meet you after in the deadheads." he said
you gave a weak smile. "alright."
minho walked into the large hut. all the keepers were already there.
alby started. "look guys, i dont feel comfortable having her sleep with all the other boys. some of them just view her as an object, and i just dont want her to be hurt."
hearing this made minho's face turn hot. who the hell would say that about yn? she was so amazing, so talented and pretty...
newt agreed. "alby's right," he started, "we built her that hut so she could have her own space. now i know she can take care of herself, but she needs somewhere to stay. we cant rebuild a new hut, theres no more room."
"we cant just rebuild her hut where it was before?" frypan asked.
"no, we cant. it could burn down again." alby replied.
"she can stay with me." minho said quickly.
alby turned to him. "minho, i dont think-"
"she trusts me. we run the maze every day together and basically spend all our time together. im sure she feels safest around me."
alby sighed. "newt, go find yn. bring her here."
you were in the deadheads, sipping on your drink as newt came up to you.
"come with me yn. the keepers want to see you."
you quietly walked into the hut and alby motioned for you to sit.
"yn, where would you like to stay?"
"wherever you put me. i can take care of myself."you reply
"minho here has offered to let you stay with him. would that be okay?" albys asks
you blush and turn to minho. hes blushing too.
"yes thats fine." you quickly say.
alby sighs. "fine. alright then. no funny business. move all your things to his hut right now."
you nod and leave just as quickly as you came.
