How can you stand there
Oblivious to how great you are
And to those around you
Who would do anything for you
How can you not notice
Your perfect face
The adorable swoop of your hair
Just above your eyes
That are like a mug of hot chocolate in winter
Your endearing smile
And perfectly straight teeth
How can you not hear
Your outstanding voice
That fills my soul with music
And becomes the only voice I want to hear
It rings through a room
Making others silent
So as to not cover it
Because nothing can compare
How can you not realise
How beautiful your mind is
Quickly working
To solve any problem put before it
Coming up with witty things to say
And still having room for emotion
How can you not grasp
How talented you are
Playing crisp
Clean notes
On a trumpet
And excelling at everything you try
And just being perfect in general
...
How can you not see how much I love you?
