Chapter 13: The Battle Of Beacon.

A Few Moments After Chapter 12: The Vytal Festival.*

Ash's POV*

I looked down at Beacon seeing it burn.

I heard people panicking behind me.

Delta said "I got a ping, but it's very weak. The best I could do is pinpoint it's location in Vale.".

I said "Good enough.".

I looked at the Grimm Griffons flying around beneath the arena.

Ruby came over and grabbed my arm.

She turned me to her and I saw everyone of the contestants.

Ruby said "Come with us.".

I looked down at an incoming Grimm Griffon and said "I have my own way down.".

I shook her off and jumped.

Ruby's POV*

We looked off the edge of the floating arena to see Cryomancer land on a Grimm Griffon.

She started to move it downwards and towards Vale.

Coco said "I like her spunk.".

We all got into the transport ship and it took off towards Vale.

Cinder's POV*

As I watched the ensuing chaos we looked up to see Cryomancer flying a Grimm Griffon towards Vale. 

Emerald said "You gotta be kidding me.".

I turned to her and Mercury and said "Deal with her.".

They nodded and jumped off the roof.

Ash's POV*

I landed the Grimm Griffon on a giant spike 

I jumped off of it's back and started running through Vale.

When I found a few Atlesian Knight's the tried to kill me but I killed them and picked up their assault rifles and pistols.

I kept the assault rifles on my back and the pistols in my pockets.

I then headed towards where the signal was broadcasting.

I was stopped when I was confronted by Emerald and Mercury.

I said "I knew you weren't good, from the first time we spoke to now I knew.".

Emerald asked "Then why didn't you say or do anything?".

I said "I was curious if you could lead me to someone.".

Mercury asked "Who?".

I said "My target for the last 4 years, Cinder Fall.".

Mercury said "Well you'll have to go through us to get to her.".

I said "I don't mind breaking your fake legs.".

Mercury charged at me but he disappeared into thin air.

I asked Delta to show me where Mercury was.

Delta brought up a heat scan of the area.

Mercury tried to kick me but I grabbed his leg.

I pulled him around and threw him at Emerald.

They both hit a wall as I continued towards the source of the signal.

Along the way I used all of my assault rifles to kill Grimm.
