[SEULGI'S POV]
"I'll call you back, Yeri-ah. I'm at school already" I said while unbuckling my seatbelt. "M'kay, Babe. See you!" she happily said before ending the call. I got off my car and saw YN's car just a few meters away from mine. "School again" I muttered, on my way to the other side of the school.
Every Monday morning, I always entered the school using the back passage to avoid the students. I usually take the path that is leading to the not so long abandoned rooftop. It is a little creepy walking here alone because there are few bad things had happened here before though. It felt like I'm always hearing things whenever I am here, or sometimes I get deceived whether I am seeing things or it's just my imagination. Using this path every Monday morning already made me used to it, but it doesn't mean I don't feel goosebumps or a feeling of being scared.
"YN-ah, wake up" then I heard a shush voice from somewhere near, but it was not clear enough for me to understand nor hear. I looked up to the rooftop and saw a floating head. "Ahhh!" I shriek in fear, almost stumbling down to the ground.
"Feeling scared early this morning, Kang?" Roseanne said in a duh tone, then another figure appeared beside her. "H-hi" YN greeted me still half asleep. Cute~ "H-hey, Son" I greeted back. "On your way to your office?" she asked while rubbing her eyes. So cute~ I nodded my head in response, receiving a wave from here. I smiled at her before walking past the rooftop. I almost reached the abandoned gate when I heard Roseanne's laughter erupting from up there. I have grown curious why she's laughing, so I took a quick glance in their direction and saw YN making funny faces at her.
It makes me smile too seeing YN happy. I giggle by myself and proceeded heading to my office.
Upon entering the hallway, bad luck welcomed me. Fantastic. "Morning, Seulgi-ssi" Jimin greeted me while waving his hand at the same time. He looks so happy. Nice. Don't forget the sarcasm please. (eye roll).
"Congrats!" Jennie smirks at me. "You finally got yourself a girlfriend" Sana excitedly said while twirling the tip of her hair. "A real girlfriend indeed" Taehyung said, hinting something, and I'm not feeling good about this. "Great catch, Kang. Congrats~" Namjoon commented while giving me a thumb's up, and comfortably leaning his back on the wall. "Lucky~" Sooyoung said, letting out a giggle. Wow. The rumors spread like wildfire INDEED, so I just gave them a smile. Of course, it was forced.
"Oh! Hi babe!" Sana suddenly beamed in happiness while running excitedly towards YN. "GET OFF OF HER!" Roseanne yelled, followed by Sana's whining. What the heck are they doing? I turned to face their direction and saw YN struggling in pushing off Sana away from her. "Aish this snake!" Sooyoung hissed from her spot, then calmly walk her way towards the trio, but then, I felt a tap on my shoulder, it was Jennie.
"You know the rules, Bear" she whispered seductively before walking away. "Payback time, Kang~" Taehyung smirks at me before following Jennie from behind. "She's ours now~" Jimin claimed, eyeing YN from head to toe before following the two.
"Sooyoung, Sana. Let's go before we get late for the first subject" Namjoon called out the two who automatically followed. "See you around, Son" Sooyoung winks at YN, and didn't forget to drag Sana along with her. "I'm looking forward to it, Park" YN said, full of sarcasm, then Sana looked back at her and sent her a flying kiss. "What the heck was their problem early in the morning. Tsk!" YN said in annoyance.
Next thing I know was she's already in front of me, and I'm just standing at my spot, already in deep thoughts. "Are you okay?" then she asked, checking my forehead's temperature. Out of fear, I suddenly tackled her into a protective hug. I feel her flinched. I think, I somehow caught her off guard by that. "See you at the dorm then" Roseanne bid goodbye before walking away. She can't really stand being with me in the same area. YN was about to response, but I tighten the hug.
