Amanda's pov
As Finn and I made our way into the nightclub Jessica was before she was sexual assaulted as we made our way over to the bartender to see if she could fill in the pieces of what happened before the events of her rape occurred.

"Hey have you seen this girl tonight." I ask as I show her our badge.

"Yeah I have that's Jessica Rodriguez she performed here last night until around midnight." Bartender said filling us in about her whereabouts.

"Did she stick around after her set any men seem to be interested in her" Finn asked the bartender fishing for answers about what went down.

"Yeah I served her and this man she was with a few margaritas they seem friendly with each other like they knew eachother." the bartender said trying to be helpful for the detectives.

"Can you describe the man she was with a certain smell what he looked like build." I asked trying to get a description of the guy so we could nail the bastard.

" he was about 6"4 black bling around his neck dark rimmed sunglasses and backward baseball cap definitely a smoker reeked like an ashtray." The bartender said as helpful as she could.

"Ok we're gonna need the footage and your gonna need to sit down with a sketch artist." I said getting down to business wanting nothing for the guy to pay for the suffering he put the poor girl through.

As we were all gathered in the squad room.

"It doesn't sum it up that much he looks like any normal guy but it's probably someone she works with someone she was comfortable with and already knew bartender says it was like they knew each other." Finn says knowingly.

"Start with that  record company edgehill records." Olivia said taking their best lead in the case."

"Yes I know her that's Jessica Rodriguez my pop diva my shining star she's beautiful talented and is making it big and I believe in her abilities of music why you asking about Jessica is she ok." Evan banks asked concerned.

"No she was beaten and sexually assaulted where we're you around midnight." I asked getting down to business.

"I was here working and producing tracks all night." Evan said nonchalantly.

"Anyone who can verify that." I ask wanting to sock this guy right in the mouth for acting like it wasn't a big deal.

"No only I was here but if you think I touched Jessica your crazy I would never hurt my shining star who's making her way into the music industry I invest in her talent I believe in her I'm like a mentor to her I would never take advantage of her and disrespect her." Evan banks said with a smug look on her face.

"You wouldn't admit the truth if you did either we know it had to be someone she knows and works with someone with control and power and your looking good for it I mean it won't be the first time a music producer violated their client and shown them who's boss and who owns who." Finn said wanting to wipe that smug look off his face knowing guys like them could get away with anything he just wanted to cop his ass right here and now but he couldn't but he's going to prove it.

"Ask Jessica she'll vouch for me and say I wasn't their she won't say anything against me." Evan banks said with an arrogant smirk on his face.

As we left and headed for the squad room as if we stayed any longer we might off killed the guy if only looks could kill he would of been dead long before than.

"Any dna match on the pipe or bottle." Olivia asked carisi as she steps out of her office seeing if we made any progress.

"Nope the pipe was wiped clean and the bottle didn't leave even a print they think he was wearing some kind of gloves." Detective carisi said with a sigh wishing anything to nail the bastard who hurt the poor girl.

"Great lucky bastard we're gonna need to get Jessica to change her mind and testify only chance it's late get some sleep will run at it again in the morning." Olivia said to the squad before they all head home to get some sleep so they have a clear head for the case in the morning.
