Elara Gray was one of the kids who were born in October first 1989–there was a majority of kids who didn't come with powers, or came with powers just as powerful as the main seven that Reginald Hargreeves had adopted. Elara was one of the kids who had those powers. She spent her young years alone, not knowing to control those powers. It led her into a never ending nightmare.
