That's what Felicity was experiencing. Ever since she walk through those school doors, "he" couldn't take "his" eyes off her. He would follow her everywhere she goes.
Harry won't be the typical guy you'll meet. You'd think he's "innocent" because of the big glasses he wears everyday. And what she doesn't know is that "he" hides the deepest secrets you'll never want to know
