"do you really think they're here?" mina chuckled as she kept quickly glancing across the restaurant.

"yes! bakugou told me that he told midoriya to meet him, well shinso here! it's not exactly 8:30 yet either." kirishima grinned as he joined in the search.

"denki and i came for the food and that's it." sero sighed out as he wrapped an arm around denki in a loving way.

"god, i wish i could have your relationship, but no girl or guy wants meee!!" mina pouted.

"we've literally forced you to meet so many possible suitors, but you're too picky!" denki stuck out his tongue to mina.

"i mean, cmon, i want the best of the best! i mean, i'm kinda great." mina smirked.

"it's true, mina is truly a great person." momo gave a soft smile as she and jirou joined the table of the laughable bunch.

"so, what's going down? i just heard this was like a stakeout, or a murder scene, i'm cool with both." jirou chuckled as she sat down beside momo.

"shinso's meeting midoriya today for the first time after, ya know." mina informed the two girls.

"i bet on midoriya shooting him on sight!" denki giggled and admired his boyfriend.

mina rolled her eyes and turned to kirishima and smirked. "and where is your boyfriend?"

"bakugou and i aren't-," kirishima blushes and tugged at his collar nervously.

"i never said anything about bakugou." mina's smirk somehow grew as she giggled as kiri's reaction.

"anyways," kirishima started as soon as he calmed down. "he should be coming here soon."

shinso waited for midoriya with his mind running everywhere for any ending result for tonight that was possible. he dressed up a bit nicer, wearing a black collared shirt he bought earlier and jeans, stuff he was not used to at all.

he kept stealing glances at the doors, soon to be met with bakugou. "hey!"

"what?" bakugou growled at him.

"i just wanted to thank you." shinso smiled to the blonde boy nervously.

"listen, something to calm your nerves, midoriya won't fucking kill you." bakugou tried to calm shinso, but ultimately failed.

"it's 8:28 good luck." bakugou attempted to give him a smile and failed once more so just gave up to go meet with his friends.

and so shinso sat back down in the waiting room until hearing his name.

"shinso?"
