Luka's crush

More than friends???

Luka: It was finally the weekend. I decided that I would go see if Marinette wanted to hang out. I picked up my phone and called Marinette. "Hey Marinette, wanna hang out today? I have something I want to tell you later as well sooo....."  said into the phone, waiting anxiously. (Please say yes, please say yes, please say yes!!!!)

Marinette: I was just lying on my bed when I hear my phone go off. I picked it up and smiled at who it was. (Luka!) I immediately picked up the phone and answered. "Hi Luka! " I answered into the phone, happily. "Of course! I'd love to hang out with you today! I don't really have anything going on today. I'll be there in an hour." I said, excited. "Okay, bye Luka." I hung up the phone and instantly started getting out clothes to try on.

Luka: I was SOOO happy when Marinette agreed to hang out with me. I started to get ready and I practiced some old and new lyrics from old, scrapped songs that I've written in the past. Then I decided to combine all of the old, scrapped lyrics into one song. "I can sing this song for her before or after I confess to her my true feelings..." I said to myself as I continued to write and tune the song.

Marinette: After what seemed like hours, I finally found an outfit to wear. It was a teal and dark blue, knee length dress with galaxy design patterns all over it. I let my hair down and put a dark blue and black bow in my hair as well as a cute star necklace around my neck. "Okay, I'm ready."

Tikki: "Wow Marinette. You look so beautiful."

Marinette: I blushed and laughed at the nice comment that my Kwamii said to me. *Laughs, blushes slightly* "Aww, thanks Tikki. Well, I'd better get going. C'mon Tikki." She flew into my purse and I left to go meet Luka at the park.

Luka: I was looking for something...ANYTHING nice to wear. "I want to impress her but I can't find anything nice enough!" I kept looking until I finally found this awesome blue, black, light blue and white plad, button up shirt with a collar neck. I found some nice looking black jeans that weren't ripped. I put everything on then I decided to comb back my hair, giving it a cool, spiked look. Then when I finished getting ready I took one last small run through with the song then grabbed my guitar and left my boathouse to go meet Marinette at the park.

{At the park}

Marinette: I reached the park within a good 10-15 minutes. I then went over and sat down on a bench to wait for Luka. "I'm excited to see how Luka looks. I hope I didn't show up late. What if he left? What if he bailed last minute? What if-" Just then I was stopped by a tall figure walking towards me, a big smile plastered on his face.

Luka: When I finally reached the park, I looked around for Marinette then stopped dead in my tracks. She was sitting on a bench, talking to herself and rambling too. (So cute~) I started turning extremely red at the sight of her. I was stunned by her beauty. I mean, of course I love her for more than just her looks but she is a very beautiful girl.  Her smile makes my heart sing in joy. Her laugh makes my stomach flutter with the butterflies. Her eyes...oh boy her eyes.... if I looked at them for more then a second, I'd fall deep into them and wouldn't be able to find my way back. Her beauty is outstanding. I've never seen anyone so beautiful before in my whole life. Her kindness and pure heart is just wonderful. It's amazing and outstanding how amazing one person can be. That's just a few of the many reasons why I fell so hard for her. I walked over to her and sat down next to her. I looked at her and smiled. *Blushing* "You look extremely beautiful Marinette."

Marinette: After a few minutes of standing and staring awkwardly at each other from a distance, he finally started to walk over to me. He sat down next to me. Then he turned to me and said 'You look extremely beautiful Marinette.' I blushed hardcore at this. I then worked up the courage to look at him and say "Th-thanks Luka. You look very stunning as well."

Luka: I thought it was so cute how she gets flustered like that. I blushed at the compliment she gave me. *Blushes* "Thanks Ma-Ma-Marinette." I teased as I winked at her. I love calling her that. It reminds me of the day I first met her. That day was the best day of my life. My life hasn't been nearly the same since I met her. She's made me happier. She makes me want to get up in the morning. She gives me a reason to live, to never give up. Most importantly, she gives me purpose. I never want to let her go. I'll protect her with all my heart. I'll hurt those who hurt her. I'll be her protector no matter what. If she needs me, I'll be there. Nothing will stop me from reaching her...from reaching my love...

Marinette: I blushed at the joke that Luka made. *Blushes; rolls eyes* "Haha Luka. That was one time." I laughed.

Luka: "Yeah but it was so cute though." I smiled.

Marinette:《Shocked》*Blushes* "Really....? Th...thanks Luka. Yo...you're not too bad yourself...."

Luka: I laughed at her cute stuttering. (God, why is she so perfect?) *Blushes hardcore* "Yeah...thanks Marinette..." I said, as thoughts filled my head. (I think it's time that I tell her...) *Sighs* (You got this Luka. You can do this.)

Marinette: I smiled at his response then looked a bit concerned. (He seems a bit tense... what's wrong with him?)《Concerned》"Hey...are you okay Luka? You seem like you have something you want to say..."

Luka: I sighed as I worked up my courage. I then responded. "Y..yeah...Hey, you know how I said I had something I'd tell you later? Well, I kinda need to say it now or else it'll bother me for a long time." I said, very nervous.

Marinette: "Of course Luka. What is it?"

Luka: *Sighs; blushes* "Okay...Marinette, I..."

MWAHAHA!!!! I LEFT IT ON A CLIFFHANGER!!!!! Anyways, sorry for the slight delay on this part. I got a little distracted with other things but I finally finished it. Also, sorry that it's a bit shorter than normal. I'll try to make the next chapter around 2,000 words or maybe even 3,000 words. But in reality it might only be like around 1,300, 1,500-2,200, 2,500. Anyways, that's all for this part.
