Why am I scared to go back to Hong Kong? It's not like there's anything I should be afraid of anymore. And it's just a visit to my grandparents.

It's not like it's the end of the world.

But...Jinyoung isn't coming...

Age: 16

Jackson sat across from Jinyoung at the table.

Dinner had long been over and the parents decided to talk to Doctor Xian in the living room instead of intruding on their son's time to heal. Jaebum had taken the first initiative to go get every single object that the five of them owned to trigger more of Jackson's memories, so they were currently out too.

It felt nice, to the younger boys, to have everyone together again. To have a feeling of wholeness in their hearts. No one was missing anymore...at least not entirely.

Jackson was healing.

But what was amazing to them was that Jackson and Jinyoung were actually together again.

They never believed that they would see Jackson again, much less their cutest couple.

However, the fact that both Jackson and Jinyoung were engaged was something that was still to be disputed.

As far as Jackson knew, Jinyoung was the one that he must have cared the most about because he was the one that triggered the memories. There were so many that came flooding into his mind that he was having difficulty sorting out what belonged to what memory at what time.

Jackson was still too far back in the fog to determine if he had feelings for Jinyoung still.

It made Jinyoung very anxious.

He only had a few memories to sift through so he was already halfway out. He was more focused on how he was feeling about Jackson.

His heart beat wildly every time the at he heard Jackson's voice.

He started to fidget evert time that he felt Jackson's eyes on him.

Jinyoung already knew.

He loved Jackson, there was no reason for him to doubt it.

But he was terrified that when Jackson woke up from his memories, he would find that he wasn't the same...at all.

"There's no way that we did that!" Jackson laughed, making Jinyoung's heart pause for a moment. To reflect.

"Yeah," he replied with a breath, "We did."

"Oh my god!" Jackson said, the smile on his face looking more real than anything Jinyoung had seen in the past years, "We stole a Kia?"

"A Kia Soul, to be precise," Jinyoung replied, playing with his fingers, "And it wasn't technically stealing..."

"It was borrowing," Jackson chuckled, running a hand through his hair, "I remember the feeling when we drove so fast that Yugyeom stuck his head out the window and his hair flew back. He was acting like a dog, the whole time!"

The male seemed to get such a kick out of that part of the memory that Jinyoung decided that it would be best if he didn't tell Jackson that it was Bambam that did that, and it had been when they were driving on Jeju Island while they were on vacation.

There was no reason for him to tell Jackson that he was wrong.

He would find out in his own time...right?

A cough interrupted the thoughts coming from Jinyoung and the two turned their attention to the doorway, where the male from Hong Kong was standing with piercing eyes.
