seungmin just finished performing his song with bang chan, "spread your wings".he looks over to his best friend, "you ready jeongin?"

"i guess?" jeongin takes deep breathes, trying to calm down. "jeongin, we're going to be fine."

"you're just playing the guitar! i'm the one singing!"

"i told you i would sing with you if you wanted me to!"

"oh my gosh! you two fight like those annoying ass couples! SHUT UP!" seungmin groans. chan was sitting with them and was looking around thinking, "how the fuck is no one is looking at us if they're being this loud?"

"kang taehyun and yang jeongin." the two boys heard the teacher call on them. "jeongin, we're going to be fine." taehyun gently grabs jeongin's hand before picking up the guitar and tuning it. jeongin looks around at his classmates. they were performing in the music room. it was a pretty big room, so he barely sees anyone. though, he did spot a familiar face. it was hyunjin sitting in the back with his brother minho, who was giving him thumbs up. jeongin hears taehyun playing the music and he finally sang the lyrics....

during the whole performance, jeongin would try to ignore hyunjin's stare. he would try to look somewhere else but couldn't. at the end of the performance, everyone started clapping and cheering. taehyun puts the guitar and goes to jeongin, "we did it! you did it!" taehyun hugs jeongin and kisses him on the cheek. jeongin was a little shocked but smiles at taehyun. he looks over where his brother and hyunjin was sitting, but it's empty. jeongin frowns and looks over to seungmin. seungmin nudge his head towards the door; meaning hyunjin and minho left. "i'll be right back," he tells taehyun and walks out the music room. he sees hyunjin in the hallway. "hyunjin!"

"hey..." hyunjin sadly smiles. "you did a great job in there. you're going to be a great song writer. oh, and that taehyun dude was cool too, i guess." he starts to walk away, "bye little fox."

"wait!" hyunjin stops but still facing away from jeongin. "there's nothing going on between me and taehyun."

no response.

"yeah, i think taehyun is cute and all that but...he's not you..."

still no response.

"i still love you kim hyunjin..."
