Will you Miss Me?

(The Day of the Funeral)
>Sonic's P.O.V<
I exhaled a sharp breath as I walked outside where the place I last hoped I would have to go to, my little brother's funeral. Normally, Rouge would always think I was the one who would die first, I honestly thought so too, considering how 'cocky' I can be in serious times. I sat down in my assigned spot right in the middle of Knuckles and Silver, who gave me a small smile that faded as soon as it appeared.
Shadow cleared his throat and stepped up to the podium, and the yard went silent. "Today we gather for the remembrance of a fellow companion who has left us. Tails the Fox was a loved and deeply cherished part of our family. His wisdom and quick wits always seemed to make things just a little bit better. Even though he was young, he had the heart to save our planet. Now, we shall let some of his friends come up and say a few words for Tails." Shadow took a step back from the podium and took a seat. Knuckles made his way to the podium and gave a sigh. "Tails was like.. our little shining golden apple of wisdom, he had a heart to save the world with, no matter what day or time. Tails was like a brother to some." Knuckles turned his gaze to me, which he held for a few seconds before continuing his speech. "Our lives wouldn't be the same without him, and I wish him the best of luck, wherever he is. I bet he's up in the clouds, just smiling down on us. He doesn't want our lives to change because of his death, he always said to keep going, no matter what." Knuckles said, then everyone clapped. He went to take his spot next to me, and I mouthed a 'thank you' to him, and he responded by nodding. Rouge approached the podium in a silk, black dress rather than her usual revealing attire. "Tails.. was the sweetest bundle of joy that I could have ever met. When someone needed help, he had your back, and tried his best to help out.... He cared. When we first met, he was just a little spark of free spirit, and I will never forget that." Rouge finished and loud claps were heard, and Rouge looked like she was going to have a breakdown right then and there.
-After the speeches-
I really hope Tails heard us. I bet he's up there, just chilling with the cloud people. I wonder how he is..

~-Tails' P.O.V-~
I woke up this morning with a fuzzy feeling running through my body. I must be tired or something. I looked at my right hand, and it was transparent? That's weird. I stood up, expecting to be standing on my wood floor of my shack, but instead the soft feeling of clouds greeted my feet instead. A masculine (yet with a feminine tone to it) voice resounded, breaking my train of thought.
"Ah, Tails. I see you've awoken." I turned my head and saw a echinda that looked similar to Knuckles but with a pinkish- tint to his fur, and the echinda's eyes were an deep blue. He also had regular knuckles, unlike Knuckles, who has spikes on his knuckles. (....... &Knuckles.) This echidna's dreadlocks were pulled into a ponytail, making the echidna look more feminine. "Who are you?" I asked him, earning a chuckle from the echidna that echoed. "I am called, Oceanic Wave the Echidna, but please, call me Oce." I narrowed my eyes at him and began to back away. "Was this one of those 'the main character dies and meets a supposed friend, who stabs them in the back later in the story just to develop the plot' clichés? Probably. "Look, I don't know who you are, and why you are bothering me, but you need to stay back." I warned him, balling up my fists. Oce looked at me and smiled. "Leave? I just wanted to tell you about the gathering in the center of the clouds."
Gathering?
"What are you talking about? I didn't see any gathering." I said, looking at the echidna with narrowed eyes. Oce laughed and floated over to me. "I'll take you there." He started to lead me to area where the clouds started to have a bluish tint. I soon saw a gathering consisting of many ghosts, like dead hedgehogs, echidnas, foxes, cats, and one fox with two tails like me, that stood out in the crowd, rather than blending with the others. "Who's that?" I pointed at the twin tailed fox, but making sure to keep a close eye on Oce to make sure he doesn't try anything. "The pitiful fox over there?" Oce questioned, raising an eyebrow. "She does not deserve to be named." I glared at him, and shoved him, causing the echidna to look at me in shock. I started to walk towards the kitsune and talk to her myself. When I was halfway to her, I turned around and spat at Oce. "I don't need you. I'm not four." I spun back around and continued to walk. The double tailed fox sat by herself with her back facing me, with her eyes shut.
"Hello." I said as I neared her. She turned her neck slightly and gave me a glare. "What do want? Here to make fun of me again for being myself?" She snapped, turning around fully to face me.
I realized she looked exactly like me except, she had longer tufts of fur on the top of her head that went down to her neck, she had fluffier chest fur than me, and her eyes were a beautiful shade of royal blue. She also wore shoes similar to mine, but were dark blue and had white soles. "What do you mean? I just came here since that Oce guy was giving me a bad feeling." She gave me a funny look. "You met Oce?" I nodded in response. "He is the main cause of my misery. He is a saint when you meet him, but later, he is a devil under angel's clothing." She said, standing up to her full height, which I discovered is just two inches taller than me. "My name is Miles Prower, but I like to be called Tails." I introduced myself, and held out my hand for her to shake. She took it and simply just said "Ash."
She spoke up again. "There are more people who are made fun of just because they are different, and I want you to meet them." She started to float away, beckoning for me follow her.

"Here they are." We stopped at a transparent mansion by the looks of it." I gawked at the mansion and Ash scoffed. "You just gonna sit there and drool all over yourself or are you gonna go inside?" Ash retorted, and I snapped out of my cloud of unmindfullness. "I'm going to go inside." I said, floating closer to Ash, who nodded and walked towards the mansion. We were greeted by a door with rings in the middle, and Ash knocked on the door using the rings.
