The last thing Natasha remembered, the last thing that made sense at least, was Banner's death scream.
She landed in a dream-like place with white fluffy clouds everywhere. It smelled like apples.
She thought she was dead for quite a while, pleased to land in what seemed more like heaven than hell, before she felt the pain. Did afterlife hurt that much? She thought as her leg throbbed with excruciating pain.
That indirectly gave her the idea to avoid looking at her leg, she somehow got the feeling that that would make her fall unconscious.
She attempted to get up multiple times but failed at every single one of them, until she felt a hand pull her up.
It was Bruce.
"Agent Romanoff," Banner nodded in her direction and looked around. Apparently, something caught his eye as his gaze fixed behind them.
Natasha glanced behind to find something very strange.
It was a huge but comfortable room with Christmas decorations all over the place. Looking at the window, she realized that even the outside was decorated with Christmas lights. Sitting on a sofa, in the middle of the room, was none other than Tony Stark himself.
He looked a bit different though, he was dressed in clean, warm clothes and his hair were brushed.
All of the avengers were present there, even the ones she thought she would never see again. They were all cozily sitting around him cozily. Even the Guardians of the Galaxy seemed to be there.
"Tony! You're taking all the credit!" Said, to Nat's surprise, another girl who looked exactly like her.
"I am not!?" Said Tony, looking offended.
Everyone started laughing and happy chatter filled the room
The chattering soon turned into lively Christmas carols. Soon all of them started singing together, sitting in front of the firelight as dancing snow started to fall gently from the night sky.
She felt like a trespasser, they all looked so relaxed and at-home. Nat knew that she shouldn't be feeling so hopeful, but she couldn't help it. What would she not give for a Christmas like this? After all that she had been through with the Avengers, she also didn't see why she wouldn't deserve it.
A big happy family.

Bruce Banner was the first one to open his eyes. His eyes were teary from the vision he just had. Seeing the Avengers all together and at peace was a very rare sight. They all looked so happy, he looked so happy.
He wiped his eyes and his vision cleared to find himself staring directly into a quantum-like sky.
He groaned. At least meant that they were alive? Which they shouldn't have been at this point, not that he was complaining.
Nat walked up to him and gave him her hand.
He took it and then questioningly looked at her leg and asked, "Were you there?"
She nodded in reply and looked at her leg, "It healed me," she said, making it sound more like a question than a statement.
Banner noticed that too, his left arm didn't hurt anymore, the vision actually seemed to have healed him. He got up and quickly started looking for his other allies.
"Banner stop," Nat said urgently, "This place is giving off bad energy."
Bruce considered this but before he could sense anything weird at all, he saw Thor lying on the ground and frantically started trying to wake him up.
