Mackenzie looked so confused she said, I'm a grey it's in my blood. Meredith could tell she was about to cry, but she could not let her eldest daughter see that. Meredith thought about Derek and how they should have adopted her a long time ago, and how she should have told him about her and how he would be so mad at her. Meredith asked her one question, do you want to meet my family? Mackenzie's eyes got huge. Yes!! Yes! I would love too! Meredith and mackenzie walked hand in hand to go meet Maggie. Meredith went into the attendings lounge, and Mackenzie waited outside she couldn't believe what was going on. This was her family. Meredith walked over to her and said, Mackenzie I want you to meet my sister Maggie. Maggie had a big grin on her face and said she was so glad to meet her and gave her a big hug.
