Meredith introduced Mackenzie to all her friends and now she was about to introduce her to her family. Meredith's husband Derek Shepherd was thrilled to meet his wife's daughter. Mackenzie, she really liked him. Derek was confused on why Meredith had never told him he had another daughter. Meredith had had Mackenzie at such a young age she forgot that had her, she felt so bad about it and told all of this to Derek while sobbing. Meredith was starting to feel like her mother and it made her feel like such a bad person. After Mackenzie met Derek, and she had cried, Meredith asked her if she wanted to meet her other kids. Mackenzie was stunned by that, other kids? Mackenzie later said yes and the two headed for daycare. Once there Zola, Meredith's adoptive daughter ran up immediately and hugged her mother. Meredith introduced the two and Zola gave her sister a huge hug. The other two children were the exact same way they loved Mackenzie and were so happy they had an older sister.
