Considering it's Pride Month it couldn't be better timing for this release. Swift's song clearly focuses on targeting the many homophobic people out there and wether you're part of the LGBTQ+ community or not you gotta admit the upbeat, happy and all around colourful song is sure to be another popular pride anthem within the community.

As for the music video it perfectly matches the tone of the tune, with the countless appearances from many iconic persona's from RuPaul to The Fab Five it truly makes for a powerful and inspiring outlook on the LGBTQ+ community today. It's also good to know that Swift has a sense of humour which is obvious from the video. Alongside dressing up with Katy Perry to make a wonderful pair of burgers and fries, Swift includes many other hilarious antics which are sure to make you laugh out loud even if you don't like the song.

Maybe you like Taylor or maybe you don't but I think we can all agree that she has a point. Wether you accept the community or you don't, you need to calm down! Protesting and calling out on the so called 'sins' the LGBTQ+ community commit means absolutely nothing and won't change a single thing within society now and in the far future. Queer people exist, get over it.
