Life have been hard to me , always making me prove my worth of living. Ever since my parents died in that car accident two years ago, it had been hard to spend every single day of my life. It felt like hell knowing they won't be beside me, anymore and I miss them so much. I had no-one other than them to look upon and when they died, I was left alone.
At that time we weren't financially well off, my parents worked for Thanit Family for our livings. Being a kind hearted man Tomb Thanit is , he took me under his wings and helped me survive my orphaned life. His whole family have been very supportive especially Mrs. Thanit and Tee , their youngest son. We are of same age and when we first meet things clicked really fast between us.
Tee and I were classmates, spend most of our college life sticking together. We even shared our dorm room for the last two years of our college. Since my parents haven't left much money for me to spend my life like we used to when they were alive, Thanit Family has been there to look after me through every thick and thins of my life.
Mr. Thanit had been a living pillar to my new life , always having my back. But since I'm not a student anymore , I have decided to take charges of my own life. Being independent and able to survive on my on, without anyone's help is what I'm here for , to start my new journey and know the world better. . . . . . . . . .
Today's the day that will change my life. The day when I will discover the truth of my new journey and I'm willing to know the difference aspects of my life.
I have been sitting in the sleek modern lobby, waiting for my job interview to begin. Men and women in expensive suits bustle by. Thank God I had borrowed Tee's suit for today or I would have been easily called out among them. Phew.....
While waiting for my call I roamed my eyes around the building. Its a huge twenty-five story office building, all curved glass , and still, with THANIT CORPORATION HEADQUARTERS written discreetly in steel over the glass door.

While admiring the architecture, a pair of doors slide open and a stunning women with an icy demeanour approached. She was wearing the sharpest gray suit jacket and white shirt I have ever seen. She looked immaculate. The woman looked at the writing pad she was holding, before calling out.
"Mr. Suradet"
I blinked looking around before standing up " Yes, thats me ". Ok! that was fast...
"I'm Aunum Pacharaya , VP of operations at Thanit Corporation. I'm ready to interview you now."
"Oh! Ummn.... sure..... absolutely. " I was surprised a little. Didn't expected to be the first one to be interviewed. I looked around and saw other applicants were watching us as we exchanged words.
"You sound surprised." Miss. Aunum asked, arching her eyebrows.
"I just wasn't expecting to be interviewed by someone so high up in the company." I lied swiftly, trying really hard not to stammer in front of her. While my nerves were wrenching inside from the intensity her eyes held in them.
"You are applying to be the executive assistant of our CEO, one of the most powerful and influential men in the world. We take our hiring process very seriously Mr. Suradet. " she stated intimidating me.
"Of course! I understand! ". I replied acting as if I wasn't affected by her demeanour but inside it felt as if my soul had just left my body.

Trying to keep up a confident look and stance, I followed her into a sterile conference room, taking a seat right opposite of her's . The room was way too big, there was a modern dark wooden table that could sit 20 people at once, occupying most of the area of the room. There was an L-shaped couch in front of the floor to ceiling window. Everything in there was in white, the ceiling , floors and windows, everything.
I was still looking around the room in awe, when Miss Aunum started the interview after we took our seats . " Now then, The Thanit Corporation is a global leader in technology and innovation. Why exactly are you interested in being the executive assistant of our CEO ? "
Gathering my senses back and straightening my posture I replied " I am not going to lie. The pay here is great and the post I have applied for offers prestige as well. I am trying to live a life of passion and independence, and I believe this will help me to gain that life. "
I felt nervous saying everything honestly in front of her. I didn't knew if this would gain me a good point in her eyes or not. But one thing was clear that I didn't wanted my new journey of life to start on the brim of lies.
"An unusually candid answer. I suppose there is something to be said for that............."
I have been watching her expectantly, mostly amused to see her complementing my choice of words , which I didn't expected her to do and that took me by surprise.
I was staring at her , as she continued to say those words of appreciation but just then , the door at the back of the room swing open, and a handsome man strolls inside , making my breathe hitch..
He was so young and attractive, very attractive if I may say. He was tall , dressed in a fine blue suit , white shirt and unruly dark raven- coloured hair and intense, bright black eyes looking at me.
His eyes sparkled with cold intelligence as he assessed me.
