I got back into the car after filling it up with many bags of clothing and baking supplies. Slenderman told us that he needed to show us how good he was at driving, so I was in the middle of Freds and Slenderman, Slendy in the front and Freds in the passenger seat.
"It's gonna be fine! When I was 16 I got my lisense and I drove wherever I could!" Slendy turned his blank face to me and I responded, "Dude... your like 124 right now... and you've never driven since you were 24. Plus, what if the police see a blank-face dude driving a car? They'll pull you over! And then what will happen next?"
"We can play the 'what-if' game until we are 1,000, sister, but you have to live in the moment..." His last part of his sentence sounded hippie-ish and I smiled. Freds butted in, "I still don't think you should do it. Forget about the ticket, think about our lives!"
"Freds..." I said. "Your dead anyway. Slenderman never dies. The only person you should worry about is me..."
Fred hesitated before replying. "Uhh... never mind, just try not to get caught by the police, we don't want a ticket."
I rolled my eyes and smiled, knowing he was playing around and Slendy started the car. "There you go, Freds. Just lean back and close your eyes..." He cooed.
Eeeeaaaarrrrrr!
Slenderman jerked the car far too back, making a giant screeching noise. "AHH!" Uncle Freddy and me screamed in unison.
"Calm down! Your screaming made me jerk backwards!"
"Your jerking backwards made us scream!" I retorted, my heart racing.
"Sorry..." Slendy said, driving forward now, more smoothly.
After a silence Slenderman said, "Well.. how's the school thing?" Man, Slenderman is always so good at making car-conversations. Usually when it's me and Jason in the car or something it's as dead silent as a rock.
"Eh. Schooly. I don't like walking up so early. I mean 6? I usually woke up at 10!" I exclaimed. "Yeah... I know... I remember Slenderman coming to your house in the summer asking if you wanted to go outside, and you were asleep! Not to mention, it took a good 20 minutes to wake you up..." Freds said with a smile.
"I remember those days! Man... I was always dissappointed because I was so bored..." Slendy said, turned the car to the left.
Randomly I said, "You should get a girlfriend."
"Uh... eh-no..." He said, turning his head to me. "And plus where could I find someone who loves me?" He said the last part like he was desperately lost, wanting someone to love him. It made me smile. He turned his head to the road, where he turned the car again.
"I love you..." I whispered, but soon laughed afterwards. "Sorry-Sorry... I-I can't say that with a straight face!" I shouted. Slendy sighed and kept silent. Man, did this guy actually want someone to love him. I mean, of course I love the guy, he's my best friend! Michael, Jason, Freds, Pin Head, Esther, and me love him! We all love each other! It's kind of sad how he's all... weird looking and faceless.
"Hey, I'm sorry Slendy. I do love you, as a friend though. And think that your the only one who looks like this. There are probably a bunch of girls who are turned into people like you, and who love you..." I said.
"Yeah I know. Anywho, I'm not in the mood for anyone right now. And..." he turned the car into our driveway, "we are here!"
Outside the car window I still saw the dreaded policemen and women outside of the forest, investigating for anymore 'killer bears' lurking in our forest.
We opened the car door and got out, us all grabbing two bags with each arm (Since Slendy has four other arms, we got all the bags of clothing and baking supplies out of the car in one trip).
"Okay, so let's make sure that Michael doesn't see us," Freds said, opening the door with his butt. "He's upstairs reading Seventeen, he won't even acknowledge our presence for the next few days!" Slenderman said as we all walked in. We all set the items on the counter and Freds put all the baking supplies in the freezer. Before I sat down, I looked at the clock on the over and saw that it was 8 o'clock.
"So sad that Pin Head left and I didn't get to say bye..." I said with a sigh. "You'll get to say goodbye tomorrow!" Slenderman said as he sat in a chair, across from me.
"Yeah. It's weird that he had to leave so urgently. I remember times when he was called over and he didn't go until after a day from when he got the call," I said. Freds said putting away a can of frosting, "He did seem quite worked up about it. I wonder what happened."
I heard loud thunks on the stairs and heard Jason's voice takling to Michael, specifically about the Twilight Saga, which made me slightly scared. One, because Michael was coming downstairs when the frosting and stuff wasn't fully packed, and two because... well... it's a vampire/werewolf romance book... my uncles aren't one to read romance books...
I looked to Slenderman in fright and did a sweeping motion with my hands, and pointed to the stairs, where the thunks got louder. Slenderman followed my gestures and went to the bottom of the stairs.
Tilting his head Slendy stalled Micahel and Jason, "Oh! Mikeeeeey! Whatcha dooooing?"
"Um... going to get a Coke... why....?" Michael sounded utterly confused.
"Well. Jason and me can get it! It's your birthday eve, you should be laying down and doing nothing! Let Jason get it! It's not Jason's birthday eve until like August or something!" Slenderman said. I have to give him some points. I would have never thought of the whole 'it's your birthday, sit down and relax' thing under all that pressure. I mean, we were under a bomb right there. If Michael saw all that baking supplies, he would know that we were doing birthday stuff, and he would freak out saying how he didn't want to see the cake until his birthday party.
"June 13th," Jason corrected, his voice sounding bored. "Although," Jason said, his voice now sounding as if he knew what Slendy was trying to say, "you should sit down and rest, we'll get it." Michael sighed and said, "Well, if you want me to do nothing so badly, I guess I will..."
Thunks on the stairs retreated up stairs and I smiled. Freds was hurriedly putting everything away still, even though Michel wasn't downstairs anymore. Jason walked down the rest of the steps, and turned into the kitchen. "You, sir, just saved our butts!" Jason exclaimed walking grabbing a few plastic bags that had been left on the counters. Slenderman stood straight a tall. "Why thank you, King Voorhees." Slendy bowed, deep and low as if he was speaking to an actual king.
"No, if anything, I am King. Used to call me King Krueger in my younger years!" Uncle Freddy said, sitting down at the table. "Can I be Princess Ashleigh?!" I shouted. "And Esther's Queen..." Slenderman murmured, although we could all hear it. Jaosn snickered as Freddy's face twisted with rage.
"I'm getting Mike his Coke..." He grumbled, getting up and grabbing a Coke and walking upstairs.
Jason snickered and high-fived one of Slendy's limbs. "Man, I always feel so happy when I see Freds mad!" Jason laughed, then walked to the pantry.
Jason and Freddy have always been mean to each other since the day they first fought. Man, Freds gave nightmares to Jason that you wouldn't believe. Although, I have to say, that night Jason was killing everybody, and pretty gruesomely. Eh, they both are still amazing.
"So you got the chocolate frosting, chocolate cake, and sprinkles?" I nodded at each of the Jason said and smiled. "Got it all."
"Yay!" We all cheered. If we didn't have something, we all knew that we didn't want to go to the store to get it.
"So.. ready to bake?" Jason asked. Slenderman and me nodded. This was it. We were entering the zone of no return. If we were to mess up one thing on this cake.. it was off with our heads.
This is going to be a craziest cake I will ever bake in my life.
