you were laying on the couch reading a book when melissa came to you, twiddling her fingers together.
"baby?" mel whispered, you almost didn't hear her.
"yes, my love?" you put your book down and looked up at her. "can i have some snuggles, please? i know you're busy, but..." she looked down.
"you're not bothering me bub, of course you can have snuggles." you smiled, reaching out to her.
she smiled back and snuggled into you warm body.
"you are such a big baby." you giggled as mel snuggled deeper into you.
"yeah, but i'm your baby." she squeaked and adorably giggled as well.
you rolled your eyes and kissed her forehead.
