Scarlett's POV

I'm getting tired of waking up in random locations... This time I'm tied to an iron chair that's bolted to the floor. On second thought, this chair appears to be a mix of iron and silver.

Don't ask me how I know, I just do. It also smelled vaguely of wolfsbane...

I guess this is a place for werewolves too. My eyes glanced around the room. It was too dark to see much but I could make out a few sigils on the floor. I guess this is a supernatural torture room. I feel like I'm in an episode of that show about those two brothers that hunt monsters.

A super unrealistic show, but I still watched all of it. The room specifically reminds me of the torture room they had in their bunker-thingy. Their vampires, however, were completely off track.

Isn't anyone going to check on me? Aren't I entitled to a phone call or something?

"Hellooo! I'm awake, ready to be tortured!" I yelled while looking at where I guessed the door would be.

Like on cue, Klaus entered the room.

"Oh. Hi, Lover. How are you today? How has your day been? Had a nice day at work? Still in shock of my undyingness?" I teased him, making kissy-faces at him.

"I want to see that face again. It was priceless! You, frozen in shock. Me, staking you," I laughed mimicking his shocked face.

 "Ah, good times," I sighed. Klaus appeared unfaced but I could read him clearly. He was annoyed, mission accomplished.

"Elijah! You're welcome to join us. I can hear you lurking outside." I said loudly in the direction of the open door.

Elijah was quick to get inside before Klaus closed it.

"Now, Boys. Where do we being?" I smirked triumphantly

--------------

"Why aren't you burning? Why aren't you dying?" Klaus asked angrily as he slammed my lapis lazuli ring on the floor. I watched the stone shatter into pieces.

I'm lucky that I don't need it anymore, or else I would actually be in pain now. I glanced over at Elijah and watched him close the latch in the ceiling, blocking off the sun and making the room dark again.

"That's the big question, isn't it?" I laughed tauntingly.

Suddenly Klaus was up in my face, looking me straight in the eyes as he asked his next set of questions. I watched his pupils dilate as he did so;

"Who are you? Why are you here? Why won't you die?" He was trying to compel me to tell the truth. It's almost laughable that this isn't the first thing he tried, I guess he likes to torture.

However, two can play that game.

"My name is Scarlett. I was sent here to-" I glanced over Elijah.

I could see a worried look on his face. He believed I was going to rat him out, how fun! Klaus looked at me smiling triumphantly, believing I was cracking.

"Make you realize that you are a complete dumbass to think compulsion would work on me." I chuckled and smiled sheepishly.

His face quickly turned to anger and he slammed his hands down on the chair's armrests, clenching them into fists. I could hear the metal bend in his grip, sexy.

"Brother, maybe we should take a break?" Elijah suggested calmly.

"Shut up, Elijah. I will crack her. She knows something and I need to know what. She infiltrated this family for a reason." Klaus growled and turned away from me.

"You're just like your father, you know? Very stubborn, with a lot of anger issues. Oh, wait. He isn't your real father, more like a half-father? Step-father? Not your biological one anyway. You not only act like a bastard, you actually are one." I chuckled calmly, knowing that I pushed a button. I knew the reaction would come quickly and boy did it.

In the blink of an eye, his hand was wrapped around my throat.

"What do you know about my father?!" I smirked in response, which only made his grip tighten.

"More than you'll ever understand..." I laughed but it came out as a gurgling sound.

"Stop, Niklaus! She's trying to provoke you. Don't you see that! Don't let her." Elijah said sternly.

"Yes, listen to your brother, Niklaus. You've always been good at being bossed around by your family, especially Mikael." Klaus' grip tightened even more. I could feel my windpipe being crushed, my ability to speak slowly fading.

"Go ahead, Niklaus. Kill me... Wait, you don't know how." I laughed as my vision was starting to go black. The last thing I heard before I blacked out was;

"Elijah, leave the room. I want a one-on-one with her." Klaus said with a sadistic tone in his voice.

Here we go. The real fun is about to begin, it only took a little more pocking to truly provoke the big bad wolf.
