"Atari..... it's me....... Sans,"

He explained a hopeful look in his eyes, I shook my head still unable to remember how I knew him.

"I'm sorry but I don't know you," I shrugged, his hopeful gaze vanished and he let out a sigh before walking over and grabbing my shoulder sending fear through me.

"Maybe this will help," he whispered before pulling me into a kiss, I froze as memories began to rush back to me but only about him. Pulling away I blinked in surprise, he noticed my gaze and his eyes brightened.

"H-how!?" I gasped still in shock, he shrugged a blue tint on his cheeks.

"I knew it would help, even if just a little," he explained, without thinking I rushed towards him and pulled him into a hug.

Oh me sweet Atari, you will be mine oh so very soon....

Hearing a voice I looked around, loud footsteps told me many things were rushing towards my cell making me jump into a corner terrified.

"SANS WE HEARD ABOUT ATARI AND....." a taller skeleton exclaimed gasping for air before noticing me huddle in a corner terrified, his gaze filled with sympathy as he looked at the shorter skeleton whom I remembered as Sans.

"Gaster keep your voice down, she panicked enough as is," I heard him mumble glancing back at my shaking form in the corner, when he beckoned for me to come over I hesitated a moment before leaving the safety of the corner.

"Atari, you might not remember everyone but these guys are your friends, this is Gaster, Undyne, Alphys, Grilby and my brother Papyrus," Sans explained, the names sounded so familiar but I shook my head unable to remember how.

"It's ok Atari your memories will return with time," a familiar voice spoke from behind them all making them turn, there stood a dark skeleton with error messages glitching from him and a rather colourful skeleton.

"I-Ink.... E-Error," I spoke without thought, everyone looked surprised even the two skeletons whose names I remembered clear as day.

"Hmmm looks like the machine didn't fog up all of your memories," Gaster noted, feeling a new pair of eyes on me I shuddered but ignored it. I just wanted to feel cared for and I wanted to feel safe, I began to follow them through a few halls to get something to eat. We soon arrived in a somewhat medium sized room and I sat down at a table and awaited Sans to bring me food, while waiting I noticed the source of a strange whispering I had begun to hear. Taking a shaky breath I tried to ignore it, I knew the somewhat familiar broken skeleton was waiting for something but I shrugged it off as my imagination. Sans walked over and noticed my distracted thoughts and he carefully placed the tray in front of me and even with its quiet sound I still jumped, Sans gave me a rather concerned look.

"Atari what's wrong?" He whispered so the others didn't hear as they chatted away happy to have me back, glancing back at the spot I noticed the skeleton was gone and shrugged.

"I don't know I just feel like I'm being watched," I shrug and nibble at my food, Sans took another glance at where I had looked before and shrugged. We both ate in silence while everyone else chattered away, after I finished I stood up without a word and began to walk back to my cell knowing that was where I would sleep. It was almost like routine at this point, I heard footsteps behind me and guessed it was Sans and I gave a sigh as I walked into my cell and sat down on my bed. Sans came in and pulled me into a gentle hug, I didn't resist it but I didn't hug back either as it felt so strange to me. Pulling away I laid down and faced the wall, with a sigh Sans stood up as if to leave when I turned and grabbed his arm. He got the picture and laid down next to me pulling me into another gentle hug which I felt was rather relaxing, eventually I began to dose off into a nightmare filled sleep.

*Dream*

I was walking the familiar halls of the lab, something felt off about it though. Shaking it off I began to look for everyone but found no traces, come to think of it the further I went into the lab the more it stunk of blood and rotting flesh. Shuddering I kept walking, soon enough I bumped into the figure I had seen watching me in the cafeteria.

"Ahhhh Atari, even though this is only a dream it is such a pleasure to meet you," he purred, I took a step back as my body began to shake in terror. This made him smirk as he pinned me to a wall, my eyes went wide as he began to trace my ribs making me shudder.

"Oh my sweet now that you are no longer baring Sans's child you shall bare mine once we meet in physical form," he purred again but this time I froze in fear, I began to kick and scream trying to escape his grasp.

*End of Dream*

I jolted awake to find Sans had fallen on the floor and was rubbing his head after my nightmare, looking at him with terrified eyes said it all and he jumped up and pulled me into a tight hug to calm me down. Without notice I broke down crying, the broken Gaster's words rung in my head like an endless bell chime and it made me shudder at the thought.

"Shhhhhh Atari shhhhh I got you," He soothed while rubbing my back, I pulled back and looked up at him with tear filled eyes.

"I-I'm scared Sans," I sobbed rubbing my eyes, Sans lifted my chin to look at him.

"What was your nightmare about?" He questioned his voice soft and soothing, thinking back I felt my soul pounding in my chest with fear.

"I-I s-saw a Broken G-Gaster a-and He........... h-he said I-I would b-bare h-his....." I trailed off as my eyes went wide as I recalled my dream, Sans froze and I could see fear in his eyes as well.

"That Gaster is called UnderFell Gaster, he is a wicked man who, as you can probably remember, destroyed our little one while it was growing," Sans explained his voice filled with sadness and fear, he wiped away my remaining tears and kissed my forehead.

"H-he's going to hurt us isn't he?" I whispered with a fear filled voice, Sans shook his head and looked me in the eyes.

"He won't as long as I'm here," Sans promised, a dark chuckle nearby said otherwise.

"Well let's fix that shall we?"
