Third PersonThe blond finished his lemonade and left the glass on the porch, either he or Shin would bring it in later. Right now though he had to get back to work, he still had dozens of things left to do like brush the horses, feed them, tend to the crops and much more. It was a daily thing for him and built up his strength, when he first started the job he was a scrawny little high school freshman. His mother was proud of him for getting a job, the pay was great after all, fifteen dollars an hour.
Jimin was happy to help someone in need, he knew that with Shin's age she couldn't do everything on her own anymore. He hadn't known that she had a grandson till a couple weeks ago, he knew quite a bit about the city boy and he's knew that Shin got all her information on him from calls that she'd receive every other day from her daughter. He felt as though if she had a strong grandson who was almost his own age why wasn't he here helping out and all. When he asked her this she explained that he didn't remember her and the last time they saw each other was when the boy was just three. This cleared many misunderstandings up.
He was so immersed in his thoughts he hadn't even noticed he had climbed onto the tractor and was firing it up, at that moment he looked towards the old house and squinted his eyes due to the sun. This action aided him in seeing Taehyung walk out of the house with something different then he was wearing earlier. A black and grey flannel with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and light blue ripped skinny jeans, the flannel being tucked in of course. It was all tied together with his sunglasses and a black leather belt.
Normally Jimin would ignore posh boys who were rich and acted like they had it all, but he couldn't seem to look away. Then again this rich boy didn't seem stuck up or like he flaunted his money around like a bitch. Then againnnn though he only just met the boy and his hypothesis could be all wrong.
By the time the blonde looked away and back he found the red head standing in front of him, arms crossed and a light smile plastered on his face. Jimin returned the smile and turned the machine off so he could hear whatever the other had to say. Nothing was said though, the boy motioned for the other to hold his hand out and so he did. He didn't know what was happening but all of a sudden the sunglasses were placed in his gloved hand and then Taehyung swivelled and was going to walk down the road towards town till he was halted by someone yelling.
"WAIT!" Taehyung turned back around and faced the male who was half sitting half standing on the tractor, when he rose an eyebrow the other gulped,"Would you like to learn how to drive the tractor?" It was the stupidest question but it was the only thing the blonde could think of to get the younger to stay around.
It was as though he was having a mental war in his head, should he learn or to drive it or should he not. His mouth gaped open slightly as he tried to think of what to say, he didn't know if he wanted to or not. So he gave a sympathetic smile,"Sorry Park, can we do it some other time? I want to rest a bit first and check out the town." Jimin nodded slowly and went back to facing the house and saw the strangest thing. In the window he saw Shin freaking the fuck out, waving her hands around to get his attention, when he showed she had it she started throwing her hands around then started acting like she was driving. When he questioned it she pointed to her grandson then started doing the driving motion again.
Finally it clicked and he jumped off the machine and ran to catch up with the guest. "Wait Taehyung!" He shouted out once again. And once again the red head turned around,"Yes?" He waited for the shorter to catch his breath instead of walking off. When the breath was finally caught the words flew into the wind,"Let me drive you. I know the town I've been living here all my life, you however just got here." It was like he was trying to bargain to get the other to let him drive him.
A soft sigh slipped past Taehyung's lips as he hung his head low before bringing it back up and accepting the offer. But then he asked how Jimin was going to drive him and the male froze, he hadn't though that far. But almost like it was sent from heaven Shin's car keys came flying from above and whacked the blonde in the head.
As Jimin was hunched over and holding his head in pain it was like he heard an angel, he looked up and saw the younger holding a hand over his mouth and giggling softly. A wide smile broke out on his face as he leaned over and picked the keys up, making his way over to the drivers seat. Soon enough the giggling mess followed along to the passenger side and slipped into the car.
The engine revved to life and the car pulled out of the dirt driveway, it went down the road till Shin couldn't see it anymore.

Jimin had all the windows open with the radio playing quietly in the background as he showed the different places to the new local. He felt like a tourist guide but it was exciting showing someone the things he's seen all his life and they haven't seen before.
"And this is the train station. Oh and that there, is a fire hydrant." He choked out whilst trying to keep his laughs in. Taehyung rolled his eyes in a playful manner,"Park, I arrived on the train and there's fire hydrants all over the city." A pout formed on the blonde's lips as he looked out the window and continued to drive down the busy streets.
"Aw, c'mon Park. You're showing me things I know about, show me something I haven't seen." Jimin grinned as he heard this, he knew something that the other probably hasn't ever seen in his life, so he drove them to it and then parked right in front of it. He then gestured to it and turned to the other, the grin still plastered on his face.
"A library."
"OH MY FUCKING GOD, PARK."
"What, do you not like it?" The blonde asked, seriousness present in his tone.
"Fine I'll play the fuck along." Taehyung mumbled,"OH WOW. I NEVER KNEW SUCH A THING EXISTED, HOW DID YOU GET ACCESS TO SUCH TECHNOLOGY?"
Jimin sat there with a serious facade on, glaring at the male next to him, suddenly he couldn't hold in his laughter much longer and started laughing. At the exact same time Taehyung started giggling and slapping his knee softly. Both felt like idiots for doing something like this but it was fun. They felt like life long friends, even if they just met like two hours ago.
Things settled down within a few seconds and they were driving once again. A ping sounded in the car and frightened both males for they weren't expecting it, the red head was quick to react though and pulled out his phone to check his messages. It was from Shin (Halmeoni). He read it out loud for both to hear.
"Tae plus Jim, come home lunch is ready.' I didn't know she knew how to text. Or had a phone for that matter, did you Park?" All he got in response was a shrug and the car turned around to head back to the farm. It took them five minutes to get there and when they did both went charging into the house. "Halmeoni you know how to text?" She looked up at hearing them come in and shuffled over in her slippers.
"To be honest Tae. I don't know what I did I just pressed buttons and hit more buttons till it said sent. Granted it took me two minutes to realize it sent because I wasn't wearing my glasses."
Chuckles went around the room before all finally sat down on the table to eat what she prepared. Which was just a bunch of gimbap. No one complained though and just ate the food given. It was silent but peaceful. Plus when it was done Shin shuffled away and left them to clean everything while laughing 'maniacally'. Then things about her dentures falling out were heard as she went on through the house.
It took them 20 minutes.
Okay no it didn't it took them 3 hours. Jimin decided to splash water on the city boy whom retaliated by wringing the cloth on top of his head. Then a full out war broke out between the two, it lasted 30 minutes. Then Shin came into the room and made them clean it all up then finish with the pots, pans and dishes which is why it took 3 hours.
Both boys kept stealing glances at each other trying not to laugh their asses off because they knew that if they did, they'd get Shin's slipper.
