Third Person

In the following days Jimin was brought to the hospital and his wound was taken care of. It had been healing nicely. He was however out of a home and being investigated by the police. Bogum however took care of that and made them back right off. Jimin hadn't seen Taehyung since the incident. He also hadn't seen Russel or Wonho. Dong-ho also got arrested for trying to fight some police officers so he was in jail for about a month after yelling at the judge.

He laid in the hospital bed listening to the beeping of the machines all around him. As annoying as it was it was also kind of soothing. While getting lost in the world of beeps there was a knock on his door, as light as a feather so that he could barely hear it.

"Come in."

It was a nurse telling him that a man would be in within the next minute. She left the door open when leaving and true to her word a man did come in. It was Taehyung with a bouquet of flowers. It was even Jimin's favourite kind as cliche as that sounded. Before the normal greeting of hello could be said Taehyung spoke up first.

"I cancelled the engagement with Yeri. She told me she loved someone else. But that her father was trying to scheme through her." He spoke while handing over the delicate gift to his delicate flower.

Jimin just nodded and listened. He put the gift in the side and closed his eyes. The last few weeks had been crazy. Really crazy and he was just finally getting to rest. It felt nice. Really nice.

"How's Russel."

"He's hiding at the moment. Sehun is going crazy from worry. They got married you know?" Jimin did not know. This was news to him and it was great news. They were the couple he had aspired to be.

It was quiet after that. They just looked at each other. Taehyung was the first to move. He leaned forward and kissed Jimin. Then pulled away and covered his face. "Oh my god I'm so sorry." He was embarrassed from doing what he told himself not to do over and over on the ride to the hospital. His plan was to give the flowers and leave. There was no sitting and talking in the plan. From the moment he stepped into the room however the plan went right past him and the hospital bed to out the window, smashing against the pavement below.

Meanwhile Jimin sat there in shock not entirely sure what to do. He was never good in situations like this. Plus he thought that the younger hated him to some extent. Especially since he'd kind of seen him kill someone without really thinking about it. So this had come as a surprise. A big surprise.

"Why are you here." Jimin didn't mean to say that but it just sort of blurted out. He was a known murderer. Completely different from the years prior.

"You can go home now they said." He noted that the younger avoided the question completely. He had a problem with this new thing however. "I don't have a home." This was true. The whole mansion had been burned down by the time neighbours had seen the smoke and called the station. But by then Bogum also had everything that could damn them moved to a different location. Along with the body.

Sure he could just buy one but it would need a yard for the dog that his friends were currently looking after. It would also need to be furnished and that would take a while to do. A job. A new one was also required. Without Junhong by his side no one would want to get weapons from him or they would fuck him over and take him hostage for much more. He didn't have many skill sets that people would want.

A business. That's what he thought. He could start his own business. Hopefully not a dirty one but one that he would get legal money from. By using his dirty money. He laughed thinking about how he once did not want to get near dirty money yet now he had plenty of it. When he laughed he got looked at strangely by the younger who finally lifted his face from his two hands to see what in the world he could possibly find so funny. No answer was given.
