#21 One sided massacre

Whole area was bloody.

The side walls of hills were bloody and some white paste was smudged on walls. It was a sight to never forget. Ground was filled with dead bodies. It would be wrong to say bodies as there was not a single whole body. Goblin's bodies were in parts. It was one sided massacre. Some bodies were even unrecognizeable.

There stood a man between all this mess. Bloody all over. No one can tell if it was his own blood or blood from corpses. The man was incomparably calm in this all bloody mess.

He looked towards sky and saw that it was bloody red. He felt slightly hungry. Ethan wasn't worried about food as system had that covered. Now what he wanted to do was to just smack the meat paste of whole goblin territory. That's what he was going to do right now.

"Huffffff", now Ethan got the time to breathe out. He was so immersed in fight that he forgot the time. It wasn't his fault. The fight was just that much serious that he had to put full attention to the fight. He couldn't afford to split his attention anywhere.

"Now that I'm level 34, I'm deadly haha", Ethan was feeling so happy right now that it was unimaginable. He was totally in the mood to clear the dungeon.

In this fight Ethan won only because of his strength. His speed was inferior to the purple goblins. But his strength was even more than the blue ones. That's why he won.

It's not like he didn't get injured, he was injured too. But the healing from level up helped him alot. He could kill without any worry because he could be healed up.

As Ethan looked at his level and points, he was very much satisfied. Now he just had to increase speed but he wasn't sure how strong will be the boss of territory so he had to put some points in strength too.

"Allocate 20 points in strength and 20 points in agility.",

*Beep*

Ethan could feel a warm sensation inside him. It was just too good. He wanted to moan due to comfortableness. Ethan himself, now could feel a wild aura from his body.

His aura wasn't like that of undead. Neither it was like that those of guards in the meeting. It was a unique destructive kinda aura. An aura that knew not to bow!

Ethan was really pleased by his progress. He knew that this time he has to complete this dungeon if he wanted to get stronger.

    "Time remaining: 63:22:43"

Unknown to himself, he had already spent almost 10 hours in here. He was surprised but then he was scared. He was so immersed in fight. What if someone sneak attacked him at that time? He wouldn't have noticed. Those purple goblins were sneaky enough but Ethan got used to their tricks so it was plenty easy.

"System scan the territory and find all the goblins around. We are going for another massacre."

After a few seconds .. beeep "there are a lot of goblins in west direction near the jackals territory."

Alright then ...!!

In macloy mansion, in a room, a kid was sitting on floor while a women was sitting cross legged on a chair. Of course the women was Emma and the kid was Max. She already noticed the weird behavior of Ethan during lunch so she asked the butler to pay attention to Ethan. So when Ethan entered Max's room, she was quite curious about the reason. So she summoned Max for explanation.

"Mhm so you're saying he just asked about the emblem and left?" Emma now knew the whole story from Max.

"Y-yes aunt he did. I was really scared. B-but he just asked about it, from where i got it and left.", Max too was puzzled as for why that unknown dude did all this.

Emma also was wondering how Ethan noticed that the emblem was special. Almost everyone knew that the emblem was special But no one knew about the specialty and no one could touch it except for Max.

"Was he able to touch the emblem?", Emma asked curiously. She wanted to know.

"He d-didn't try to touch it. He just asked me who can touch it except me.", Max too now felt that it was weird for him to know the secret of emblem. This time Emma was truly surprised!

He even knew about the that???

How did he knew??? Why does he even know???

She was now thinking if it was good choice to have him by her side or not.

"Okay you can go now Max." Emma dismissed Max.

"HAHAHA these damn goblins are useless. They are just piece of shit now. Not even helping me in leveling up! GIVE ME EXPERIENCE!!", Ethan almost bursted with anger. He killed all of the goblins. He even killed the boss of goblins who was just level 25 though. But still!! He only leveled up twice. It was really unfair! As he got stronger, the experience required to level up has also increased.

"System mark me area where jackals are in concentration! I'll finish this dungeon in one day!" , This time Ethan was furious. He thought he'll be around level 45 after killing all goblins but he was just level 36.

Its time for jackals to pay the due debt of their neighbors!

Ethan's figure blurred and he was already a km away from his initial position. That was reason why he was so quick in finishing the remaining goblin. His speed! After allocation, his speed was so much better. After 10 minutes, Ethan arrived at the territory of jackals. Their territory was completely different from the goblins. There was no hut. But there were small caves here and there.

Ethan scanned the area and and he could make out around 200 jackals.

After leveling up, now Ethan didn't have to look at target to measure the level. Now after scanning he was able to tell the levels. Of course if it was a boss type monster ..for example the boss of jackals. His level was 31 after scanning. But it could be possible that it was 32 or 30. Scanning couldn't tell the accurate level of high levelers. But Ethan didn't pay attention to this because ...

He was strong!
