Cordyceps Zombie aka Shroomers

Biters that have Ophiocordyceps Unilateralis all over their body which now control them, Shroomers are nocturnal, they stand staring at the sun all day and hunt for uninfected at night, they have the ability to see in the dark thanks to all the solar energy they absorb during the day. Shroomers are slow and decaying just like biters, they have pale skin, black stains around their mouth and nose and cloudy eyes but the most important feature is the brown fungus growing all around their body. Ophiocordyceps Unilateralis is a fungus that takes control of an insects brain causing it to climb to a high area letting the fungus spread its spores, the fungus does a similar thing with the shroomers but instead lets the zombies infect a human and then makes in ingest the spores allowing the fungus to spread too.
