Shockers are biters that lived in Mental Institues in their past life, they usually wear medical gowns, some of them still have wires connected to them from the shock therapy which is the reason they got the name Shockers. Shockers are just the same as normal biters except they are more aggressive than the standard biter and twitch a lot because of the continued electric shock therapy they had when they were human because of this some of their movements can be unpredictable but they can be taken out in close quarters without serious threat to injury.
