Splinter Zombies aka Spikes

Spikes are biters that have sharp pieces of wood, metal or barbed wire stuck in and around their body making them highly dangerous to encounter up close, most of the spikes have gained their 'armour' from people sticking things in them trying to kill them or by falling on the things stuck in them. Spikes are most commonly found surrounded in barbed wire or have wooden splinters in them, on rare occasions spikes can be found with swords, machetes even guns with bayonets found in them making them targets for survivors who need weapons. Spikes look exactly like biters but have 'armour'.
