3 YEARS

Life Changing

Clarke wakes up to hear phone alarm going off, she got maybe 3 hours of sleep. After she finished studying it was late. She gets up gets dressed, and throws her hair into a bun, befire grabbing her bag and heading out the door.

Clarke drives to the test center and gets there early. So she pulls out her book to study a bit longer before the test begins.

Clarke finishes her test, having no idea how she did, she really couldn't even guess at how she did. She will find out around dinner time when the scores are posted.

It was 11am when Clarke got home, she decided to shower and get ready quick. Then she'd head over to Bellamys. She got out of the shower and let her hair air dry into its natural waves, and put some light makeup on.

She pulls up at Bellamy's house, it's a little after 12pm.

Bellamy: "Hey. How'd it go?" He asks opening the door for her.

Clarke: "Not sure.." she says stepping i side. "Where's Haven?" She asks.

Bellamy: "She wanted a nap. So she's in my room sleeping." He says.

They sit on the couch. It's quiet until Bellamy speaks.

Bellamy: "Listen.. yesterday. The whole I love you thing.. it's true. Every since you've came back it's like I can breath again." He says grabbing her hand. "When you broke up with me before I went to the army, I just figured you were hurt.. you didn't want me to leave. Then you literally disappeared overnight. Nobody could find you.. Something always told me to look for you. But I didn't.. I'm sorry.." he breaks, he's crying now.

Clarke: "Bellamy.. you didn't know. It's okay. I didn't want you to think you had to stay because I was pregnant." She says. "I love you too. I've never stopped." She says before kissing him.

This kiss is soft, and kind. She loved him and he loved her. He had missed her far to long, not knowing what happened to her. And she had always hoped he'd knock on her door one sunday morning at random.

Bellamy: "How did you come up with Haven?" He asks once the kiss ends.

Clarke: "Safe Haven.. she was mine." She smiles.

Clarke passed her test. Three month has now gone by, she and Haven have moved in with Bellamy. Clarke is starting her job at mount weather hospital. Bellamy is going back to school to become a teacher.

Clarke: "I can't believe I finally did it." She says with a huge smiling.

Abbey: "You've worked hard baby girl." She says hugging her daughter. "Now lets scrub in." She says

Clarke gets home from a long first day. She's greeted right by her daughter, Bellamy was cooking dinner. Life was perfect. She couldn't imagine it any other way. She had an amazing guy who loved her, and she knew she wanted to soend the rest of her life with. There beautiful daughter. Life couldn't get any better.

Bellamy: "Shoot.. we don't have bread." He says.

Clarke: "Want me to run out and get some?" She asks.

Haven: "Can I go!?" She says excited.

Clarke and Bellamy smile at eachother. Then Clarke helps Haven put her shoes on.

They get to the store and get the bread,

Echo: "Oh, you're still around?" She says causing clarke to turn.

Clarke: "Yeah, I am." She smiles.

Echo: "Once Bellamy gets bored of you, you'll be gone." She says. "And your daddy with leave you." She says bending down to Haven.

Clarke: "Leave my daughter out of this!" She says pulling Haven behind her. "Now if you'll excuse us, we need to get home. Bellamy cooked dinner." She says before walking away.

Clarke gets Haven buckled in, and they head home. The next thing Clarke remembers is the car flipping, her body hitting the ground screaming, sirens, flashing lights crying, and not being able to move..

Bellamy sits at the table waiting for Clarke and Haven to get back when his phone goes off.

Bellamy- Hello?

Officer- Mr.Blake? Hello, we have Haven Blake she's been in a car accident, you're her emergency contact. She's being taken to mount weather hospital.

Bellamy- O..Oh..Oh ok sir. Thank you. I'll be right there.

He hangs up and runs out the door. He rushes into the hospital.

Bellamy: "I'm here for my daughter Haven Blake!" He says to the lady at the front desk, she types for a little.

Lady: "She's in the PICU. Room 207." She says.

Bellamy: "Did anyone else come in with her? Clarke Griffin? Blonde hair?" He asks quickly.

Lady: "Yes. Your daughter looked fine. She was talking when she came in. Clarke is in ICU, room 103." She says and he takes off.

Bellamy gets to the PICU, he has to show ID before they let him in. They let him pass since he's Havens emergency contact, and they share a last name.

Haven: "Daddy." She cries when he walks in the room.

Bellamy rushes to his daughter hugging her.

Haven: "Where's mommy!" She cries louder.

Bellamy: "She's here. They're making sure she's okay. I don't know anything. I came to see you first." He says not letting her go.

Just then Octavia runs through the door, as fast as she can for being 8 months pregnant. Bellamy called her on his way to the hospital.

Octavia: "I'm so sorry Bellamy." She says.

Bellamy: "Can you go check on Clarke? She's in the ICU room 103." He says and Octavia nods then heads out.

It feels like forever when Octavia finally comes back. Bellamy stares at her waiting for her to talk. Just then a doctor.. not just a doctor. Doctor Griffin.

Abbey: "Bellamy. Haven is fine. She's free to go home whenever you feel it's time. As for Clarke.." she pauses.

Bellamy: "Just tell me." He says.

Abbey: "Let's talk in the hall." She motions and he follows her. "Do you know what happened at all?" She asks and he shakes his head no.

Abbey takes a deep breath..

Abbey: "Clarke was thrown from the car.. she only has a few broken ribs, and some deep cuts on her body-" she says being cut off by him.

Bellamy: "So it's not that bad!? Let me see her." He says.

Abbey: "You can see her. But there's one more thing.. she's in a coma." She says and Bellamy feels his world shatter.
