Ethan's POV

I wake up to Carter shaking me.

    "Come on, get up baby bro. Breakfast time."

I mumble and roll away from him, until he yanks my duvet completely off of me. Rude! I sit up and pout at him.

    "Fine, fine. I'm up. Geez."

He pats my head and finally leaves my room. I get up, grab clothes that will make me look sexy, then head into my in suit bathroom to shower. I have a mate now! I have to look good for him! I giggle. Hopefully I'll see him at breakfast. I skip down the stairs, but trip on the last on, falling into someone's hard chest. I immediately know who it is by the tingles and sparks that spread throughout my body. Micah sets me back on my feet after holding me for just a little too long. I force myself not to tear of his mask and eat his face.

    "Thank you..." I mumble before continuing on my way to the dining room. Everyone is already seated, so I go ahead and take my spot while mother smiles at me.

    "Good morning, baby. Have you found your mate yet?"

I swallow the lump in my throat.

    "No. I haven't. How was the meeting?"

He face contort into one of disgust, along with those of my brothers and father.

    "The meeting itself wasn't so bad, if it weren't for those fags." Carter sneers and I hold back a flinch.

    "Yeah," Richard continues the thought. "The were all over each other. It was disgusting."

Mother and father nod in agreement.

    "Well, they are mates, right?" I ask timidly. They stare at me like I suddenly grew two heads or something.

    "What do you mean, "Well they are mates, right?'" Richard sneers. "What does it matter if their mates or not?! A fag is a fag is a fag! They're all disgusting!"

I look down and try not to cry. What would they think of me if they ever found out that I was mated to a guy?

    "Don't tell me that you think it's ok to be male mates..." Mother asks me with a disdainful expression. I quickly shake my head no and my whole family looks relieved. I give them a weak smile and get up from the table, not hungry anymore.

    "What's wrong, son?" Father asks me in his concerned fatherly voice. I smile shakily,

    "I'm just not feeling all that well."

Father frowns.

    "Well, we're about to go on a pack run, do you want to stay here?"

I actually have to restrain a huge smile at the thought and not sadly.

    "Yeah... I'll be in my room." with that I walk up stairs and into my room. Once the door is safely shut behind me, I do a happy dance. I'm gonna get another whole day alone with Micah!! Yay!!

Sorry for the really short chapter and for not updating in a while.... I kind of left my phone at my dojo... Smaticles, ain't I. Anyways next chapter will be a naughty scene. How graphic do you want it and in who's POV? I'll put warnings before and after the scene so of you don't want to read it, you don't have to, because I really don't want to have to put it into a restricted chapters thingy. So yeah. Please tell me what you think so I can continue righting!
