22 ~ Phone Call

Calling Aws💚

"Hey Parker what's up?"

"Hey Awsten, I just wanted to talk to someone. The only person I've talked to in the past 2 weeks has been my mum and my spider."

"I get it, haha."

"So I wanted to say that Gareth and I breaking up was not your fault."

"Okay?"

"We were on the verge of splitting up already. I think it was inevitable. We were drifting away."

"I know Parker. But like you like me?"

"Wow bringing that up? Well yeah, but I know you don't have feelings for me anymore and that's fine."

"Who said I didn't have feelings for you?"

"You did actually."

"Oh shit did I? Because that was a fat ass lie."

"Oh?"

"Yup, I'm like head over heels for you."

"That's interesting."

"Oh really now. Is it?"

"Yes it is"

"Remember that time we called and you told me about your mom's ex. You were so open then. I want you to feel comfortable with me again"

"I have always been comfortable with you. What do you wanna know?"

"What's your middle name? And where were you born?"

"My middle name is Henry.I was born in Doncaster."

"Aw that's such a cute middle name. What instruments can you play?"

" I learned how to play the piano, guitar,  ukelele, and drums, when I was 6."

"You are amazing. How did you get put into the foster system? Sorry if it's too personal."

"Its fine Aws.My mom died when I was 10. From then on I was raised by my dad. He was awful. He would abuse me often. Soon it evolved into sexual things. He would call me horrible names. He basically pimped me out to his friends. Um, around the age of 14, I had told a teacher. She immediately told the  authorities and I was taken away from my dad. I was then in the foster system."

"Aw babe. I'm always here for you."

"Thanks Aws"

"Anytime. So when did you move here, to America?"

"No one wanted a teen. At the age of 15, I was told a family in America wanted me. I left England at 16 to live with Mama amd Anna. Anna was only 13 at the time. She didn't really understand why an English teen was moving in but she got used to it quickly. I then started American schooling."

"I'm glad Mama Brooks adopted you. How did you meet all your friends?"

"I met Gareth in highschool.He was the first friend in America I made. Then in  college I met the twins. They let me stay in their apartment for a while, just until I got my own place. Gareth ended up moving in with me soon enough. Anna moved to LA as soon she graduated. She  then met Hannah and the friend group was formed. Drew then moved out of her and Carter's place to move in with Hannah. Gareth and Anna were staying with me. We started weekly movie night. LA was getting pretty great. Of course I was only 21 when Anna moved in. Now I'm 24 and It's gotten so much worse. "

"Wow Parker. I am so fucking sorry for everythingbad I said about you. You are amazing andI am a dick."

"It's fine Aws, I already forgave you."

"Um, I gotta go. We're about to record a new song."
