This is no suicidal stuff, I know that the title makes it sound like it, I'm just not good at titles and that's the best I can come up with haha.

Background info: nobody's POV-
Peter Parker's last relative is May Parker, she is all he has left. For months and months the avengers have been trying to learn more of Spiderman, most importantly his identity. The more and more they fail to succeed their mission, the more and more they wanna know who this vigilante is who can take down and escape the avengers.

Now: nobody's POV:
Peter was on Patrol when he felt his senses blaring at him. He heads the direction his spider senses are telling him to go. As he was swinging down the city he saw smoke not a far distance away. He saw it was in the area of where he and his aunt lived which caused him to panic. He got to the destination as quick as he could and saw that the fire men already got everybody out. He took off his mask and gloves and quickly threw on his jeans and sweater. He walked up to the officials and he asked to see his aunt.
"Excuse me sir. May I see my aunt"
"Who's your aunt? Can you give us a name and description please" the official asked.
"Ya uh, her name is May Parker, she has long brown hair, might've been put up in a pony tail of bun. She is 52 but looks really young. Wears glasses" Peter answered. He saw the sad look in the officials eyes. Very few survived, like 3 so he knew what each of them looked like and sadly one of them was her.
"I'm sorry kid. She had died from the lack of oxygen. She was one of the last ones out because she was trapped inside" he said and waved somebody over but Peter ran. He ran to the alley crying. He tore off his pants and sweater revealing his suit and put on his mask and gloves. He swung through the streets of New York. He landed on top of a building and sat on the edge. His legs where to his chest and he rested his read on his knees. He cried and cried thinking 'if I swung faster, if I was better and good enough... maybe she would still be alive" he repeatedly thought that to himself.

Avengers tower

At the avengers tower they where all conveniently their at home. Not much happened that day, it was very quiet. They all where on the living room watching television when FRIDAY alerted them.
"Boss, Spiderman has been spotted" FRIDAY was programmed to alert them when Spiderman is spotted.
"Ok, send me coordinates FRI" Tony said. The team all got up quickly, they where all desperate to know who the man behind the mask was so they thought that with more people there, the better of a chance of capturing him.

They all got to the destination whether it was flying or driving. It was very dark on top of the building but there was enough light to see him. They saw Spiderman sitting on the edge with his legs to his chest with his head on his knees. It wasn't like him, Spiderman was usually up and at it, they never saw him sitting there quietly and not alerted. Peter did know that they where there, he just didn't care, all of his care was on his aunt.
"Hey Spider-Man" Tony said in a disappointed voice. Spider-Man didn't respond. He was quiet.
"Helloooo" he repeated which he got no response too.
"He isn't talking. He's just sitting there" he said a bit annoyed into his ear piece. They all sighed and walked out from their hiding spots, which Spider-Man knew where, and next to Tony. They all walked closer to Spiderman.
"What do you want" Spiderman asked trying not to make it sound like he was crying.
"You know what we want" Captain America said not giving any attention into how odd Spider-Man was acting. They where all waiting for Spiderman to escape or fight his way through but he stayed sitting down on the edge of the building.
"What are you not going to put up a fight" iron man asked. Spider-Man was too weak to fight at the moment, he was drained of energy. He got up very slowly and faced them. Captain America threw his mask at Spiderman expecting him to dodge it but Peter let it hit him but it hit him in the head so he fell off the building unconscious. Iron man acted fast and flew down to get him.
"Ok, what is up with spidery today" Clint asked.
"He seems unconscious. I'll fly him back to the tower, meet you guys there" Iron man said through his ear piece.

After a few minutes everybody was at the tower. They tied Spiderman to a chair so when he wakes up he won't try to get out. Everybody stared down at him.
"Should we wait till he wakes to remove the mask?" Sam asked and when he did Spiderman started waking up.
Peter kept his head down but looked at his restraints. He than looked up at the avengers very weakly.
"Really" Spiderman asked. Peter just wanted to cry, not be interrogated by the avengers.
"Had to do what we had to do" Clint said.
"Now who are you. You can tell us willingly or we just find out for ourselves when we take off your mask" Steve said.
"Is it willingly if your forcing me to tell you?" Peter asked, he was over it. Tony tolled his eyes and said "fine" Tony grabbed the top of Spider-Man's mask and pulled it off fast. What they didn't expect was a 15 year old boy with swollen red, teary eyes.
"Did we really kidnap a kid" Natasha asked. Peter was so tired he just wanted to sleep.
"Hurray, you found out who I am, now can I go." Peter asked sarcastically. Tony was wondering why the hyper and cheery Spiderman that they fought almost everyday was acting like this.
"Why did you give up so easily on us?" Tony asked.
"I just don't care, not at the moment" Peter responded.
"Why?" Tony asked.
"My aunt died. Their are more important things for me to worry about than fighting you guys" Peter responded.
"Oh" They all responded. Tony than started taking off the restraints.
"Where sorry. Is their somebody you need to call before you leave so their not worried. Mom, dad?" Tony asked quickly out of guilt.
"Dead and dead" Peter said getting up and grabbing his mask.
"Who are you staying with" Natasha asked.
"Me" Peter shrugged. Tony didn't want this kid to go out on the streets. He could stay at the avengers tower and train. They also have questions to ask but now wasn't the time.
"Why don't you stay here at the compound." Tony asked.
"Don't wanna be a burden" Peter said.
"You won't be, all avengers live here anyway" Steve said. The last thing Peter ever thought about was being an avengers but he could turn this down. It was a once and a lifetime opportunity.
"Ok" Peter said with a small smile.
