Background— nobody's POV:
Peter had yet to meet the avengers besides Tony Stark. He had just finished battling the vulture. He was very much wounded after a building collapsing on him, crashing a plane, and fighting a man with alien tech but Peter was much stronger than was unfazed, he was stronger than the avengers. He finished and he watched as Happy read his note from the distance of a build bored.

Now— nobody's POV:
Ya Peter just lifted a collapsed building off of him, yes he was just in a plane crash, yes he was attacked by a man with alien tech., but he was fine. He had many broken bones but he was very strong and didn't feel much. He was swinging home and he was thinking of school the next day and remembered he left his chemistry project at Starks penthouse which was due tomorrow for 60% of his grade so he decided to swing over before he went home. He pulled on his mask and made his way to the tower.

   Peter saw that the balcony doors where open which lead to the penthouse to Peter decided to swing through there. He landed on the balcony and took off his worn down mask. He was still upset that Tony took his suit but he just proved to himself that he is more than just a suit so he was over it.
"Hey Mr.Stark" He should as he walked into the building. He had his eyes focusing on his mask which had burn holes from the fire and bomb than looked at his suit which was also completely ruined. He walked into the building and realized he was hungry so he made his way to the fridge.
"I know it's late but I just came back from a... mission. I'm good i'm great, just hungry" Peter shouted. What Peter didn't know was that the avengers where also in the penthouse gaping at the sight of the young teen.
"kid?" Tony asked.
"Hey" Peter said than grabbed an apple than finally looked over to the living room. He dropped his apple and his eyes got big. He realized he didn't have his mask on and he threw it over his face.
"they already saw you" Tony said. Peter sighed and took off his mask. He didn't want the avengers knowing who he was because he was 15. Only Tony and Ned knew and he wanted to keep it that way. The avengers where looking at the boy up and down. He looked god awful. He had gashes covering his body, blood, ash and sand covering him.
"What the hell happened Peter!" Tony yelled which worried Peter so he rambled and he was kinda upset.
"Those guys with the alien tech which I TOLD YOU ABOUT had planned to take your plane that was filled with all of your valuable objects and weapons and so since you wouldn't listen to me I took it upon myself to capture Vulture" Peter said not wanting to mention the whole building and explosions and what not.
"How did you capturing a man result to you looking like this" Tony asked. The avengers had so many questions but Tony did too so they were just gonna listen for now.
"Don't freak out!" Peter said which made them all freak out.
"When I ditched homecoming I found him in an abandoned building and when I thought I had him cornered he actually had me cornered and he took his wings things and took down the support beams and he ran away and... the building kinda, sorta... maybe collapsed on me" Peter said with a nervous, fake smile. They all gasped.
"Than I lifted the building off of me and ran after him. He was on the plane and I jumped on and I crashed it onto the beach than he we started fighting and than his wings blew up and I tried to save him so I was right next to him trying to get the thing off but he wouldn't listen and it blew up—" Peter was cut off.
"PETER! DID YOU SERIOUSLY TRY TO SAVE A VILLAIN WHO TRIED TO KILL YOU AND MULTIPLE PEOPLE RISKING YOURRRR LIFE!" Tony shouted and the other avengers just soaked in the information.
"HE HAS A FAMILY! HECK, MY PARENTS MAY HAVE BEEN HIDING THINGS THAT WHERE ILLEGAL BUT I WISH SOMEBODY SAVED THEM! I MIGHT HAVE NEVER SEE THAM AGAIN BUT ATLEAST THEY WOULD BE ALIVE" Peter shouted back.
"sorry, didn't mean to yell" Peter said to Tony.
"Anyways, than after that I took the guy and webbed him up to some boxes so that the cops could handle it from there. I webbed away than I realized that I left my chemistry project here which is due tommorrow and it is 60% of my grade so I had to get it" Peter finished.
"Like hell your going to school tommorrow—" Tony said but was cut off.
"A building fell on you, you crashed a plane, you fought an advanced man, and a bomb went off. OH MY GOD! Your bones must be crushed!" Bruce said.
"MED BAY NOW" Tony said. Peter rolled his eyes.
"Mr.Stark! I'm fine!" Peter said.
"Don't make me ask twice" Tony said and pointed the direction to the med bay. Peter sighed and slouched and walked to the med bay. Tony followed Peter and the rest followed, they needed information now.

   "Mr.Stark, i'm fine! I have school tommorrow, I need sleep" Peter said. Tony sighed. His kid went through something that if the rest of them went through, they would probably be dead.
"Bruce, while your fixing him up, check his brain. There is something wrong with it" Tony said.
"Don't even! Your just mad because I'm smarter than you!" Peter said with a smile. The avengers walked in when they heard that. Bruce was already in there because he had to get in doctor mode.
"What the heck is going on here!" Clint said. Peter froze, he didn't wanna talk to them.
"H-hi" Peter said with a nervous smile. He was definitely fanboying but didn't wanna show it. He was also wondering if the rouge avengers where made at them since Spider-man did attack them during Civil War.
"Kid, their not mad at you" Tony said.
"TONY! IS THIS SERIOUSLY SPIDER-MAN" Rhodey said angrily.
"Ya" Tony said shrugging.
"TONY! I could have killed him!" Steve said.
"Please, Peter could have killed you with a single punch, don't get wrapped up in yourself" Tony snickered like a proud dad. Peter blushed a little.
"sorry Mr. Captain America sir for stealing your shield, was just what I was instructed to do" Peter said. Steve was about to talk when Tony cut him off.
"Oh so you were following directions then but now you just decide not to"
"HE WAS STEALING DEADLY WEAPONS THAT WAS -YOUR- RESPONSIBILITY" Peter said. Tony did feel bad for not acknowledging how serious the situation was.
"Sorry kid, and thank you for you know, ya" Tony said.
"It's alright Mr.Stark" Peter said and Tony hugged the boy.
"The vulture guy might not have killed me but aunt may will" Peter said and Tony laughed.
"I'll call her and tell her your staying the night" Tony said and Peter thanked him.
"Kid, sorry about the whole civil war thing" Steve said.
"Don't worry about it, not that big of a deal" Peter said with a smile.
