Chapter 4

Title’s POV

It’s been a week since we had our first workshop. And yet I did not know what happen with me on that damn staring game.  After that game the rest of the workshop,I felt so uneasy towards P’Earth. Every time our eyes met, my heart tamped so loud like it has its own speaker inside me.

I released a deep sigh then messed up my hair because of the frustration I feel right now.

“Are you ok son? Is there something bothering you?” mom asked then sat beside me.

It’s some kind of an ordinary day. Next week is the opening of the semester.

“Nothing mom. Just a boring day. You know, just here at home for the rest of the vacation. Next week will be the start of the classes.” I said boringly.

Mom laugh softy and caressed my back.

“Go out with your friends then. “ Mom said then put her chin in my shoulder blade.

I’m so lucky for having a mom like her.

I sigh again.

Mom lifted her head then look at me in puzzlement.

“or.. Maybe.. You are longing for someone other  than your friends.” Mom said like she is sure on what she is saying.

P’Earth was the first person who comes in my mind.

“I don’t have his number mom.” I honestly said. Shiya! What did I say? My mind betrayed me again.

“So,my son misses someone? Is that the cute guy from your new short film?” Mom really knows me. Am I that too transparent?

“I am now being curious on that young man. My son’s heart is snatched by him. Mom is starting to be jealous na.” Mom says.

“Mom!!” I shouted out of embarrassment.

Mama just laugh on my whining.

We are in the middle of some nonsense talks when my phone rings.

It’s P’Big.

“Tle, Nong Earth is going to fetch you today. Are you at your condo right?” P’Big said as I answered his call.

Who? P’Earth? Why?

“Who will fetch me na Phi?” I asked like I don’t get what he is saying.

“Earth will going to fetch you. You two need a short while to know each other more. I’ll already give Earth your location and contact number. He will be there in just a few minutes. So better be ready. Don’t let your Phi wait for you too long. I’ll go ahead. I have a meeting. Bye.” Then he just hangs up.

I heard Phi Big right. P’Earth will come to fetch me.

“I heard what Big instructed to you. You put your phone in a speaker so I accidentally heard him. So go get yourself ready. Your P’Earth will come to see you. That is what  you wish to happen right?” Mom teases while pushing me inside my room.

I heard knocks from my room while i'm buttoning my navy blue polo shirt.

“Son, your Phi Earth is already here.” My mom shouted
