"Don't think to much Bran" A male voice advised the little boy. The young man bend down a little to his brother. Next to him stood another boy who stood there with his arms crossed cockily. Deep down he was already amused by the boy missing the target several times.

"Relax your bow arm" The other boy said who looked much like the other one. His hair just was a reddish brown and his eyes blue while the ones of his brother were black just like his hair. His whole stature was surrounded by a sad aura while his face was just as stunningly handsome as his brother's next to him. Not meaning the one with the fish face and the big eyes. He had a cocky smirk on his face. Because he always thought that everyone was better than he was even though he was just a ward. A nicer word for a hostage. A comfortable mood hovered through the courtyard as everybody was doing their own business in peace. Smoke waved over the muddy ground. The older man watched his sons with a little smile as they kept practicing or better his second youngest son. The older bothers of the little boy with the fringe were just advisors. He aimed for the target and surprisingly hit the middle. Stop, then why had he still his arrow cocked? The men turned around to see a little girl with a devious smirk on her lips in a light blue dress. She bowed a little showing her beautiful hairstyle. The boy named Bran dropped his bow and the arrow to chase after the girl while their parents looked confused. They all laughed as they chased around the courtyard.

"We will have to tell him soon" The woman said as she turned to her husband. Her eyes held a mix of sorrow and worry. She knew that her son was a strong lad. She had known that since he first saw the light of this world. Robb wouldn't accept the betrothal that easily even if he knew his duty. He knew that someday he would be promised to some little lady. But deep down he always wanted to avoid that day. Everything should stay the way it was at the moment.

"Why?" The man just asked as he watched his sons proudly. Even he was terrified of the future because everything would change sooner rather than later. All his little birds would leave their home to marry noble lords and ladies.

"Because the white people are not known for their mercy and patience. If they want something they take it" The woman said firmer now. She knew how stubborn he was and so was their son.

"I'll talk to him tonight okay?" Ned mumbled softly before he went his way leaving his wife to send nasty glares towards the dark haired boy with the black eyes.

Nights had passed and Ned didn't kept his promise to talk to Robb about his fate of the marriage to a barbaric queen to keep the peace. If that marriage wouldn't happen the north would rather be screwed because the isles would question their loyalty with their armies marching towards Winterfell.

"Lord Stark your father requested an audience with you" A young handmaid said into the cold evening air as jon and robb were swinging wooden swords at each other in the courtyard. The boy his with red brown hair turned to the girl with her dirty blonde hair. Both blushed as the sign of each other's face. Just because they had shared a bed a while ago. Robb snapped out of his trance when Jon tried to stab his side with the wooden sword using his distraction. He shoved him to the floor before he followed the girl to his fathers chamber. He was sweating profusely and almost shaking with nervousness. He was terrified that his father found out that he slept with the young servant girl even though she wasn't a virgin. That he knew from Theon. But the Greyjoy had no honor. He slept with everything that couldn't climb on trees. In front of the chamber the girl excused herself making him more confused and scared.

"Father" Rolled off his tongue as he stepped inside the chamber. His throat was as dry as a dornish desert and his eyes wandered over the floor.

"Robb" To his surprise his mother spoke and looked up. Both of his parents stood in the chamber looking tired, worried and somewhat sorry.

"You know that the king is coming to Winterfell?" Ned Stark asked firmly while he looked sternly in his sons eyes. Blue like the ocean and just that deep.

"Yes for sure but that hasn't anything to do with me does ?" He answered quickly. If his father wouldn't be that terrified he would have already uncovered why he was standing in that chamber.

"Actually it does" His mother spoke with a stern face. She was worried that Robb's temper would take over even though she knew deep down that he was a good boy who could handle himself. But she wasn't sure how he would react to the news. If he'd rather be happy that there was someone, a useful connection or if he would be stubborn and frustrated.

"Not only Robert Barathon is marching north. There are people coming from the east. Maybe their ship arrives at white harbour this second" His father kept stalling.

"Who?" Robb asked confused and a little satisfied that it wasn't about his weird one night stand or his sex life in general. But worse was that he knew that he or his whole family were in danger because of some unknown enemies.

"Who ever heard about the White Isles? Did the Maester teach you?" Cat asked while she crossed her legs as she leaned back in the on old wooden chair.

"A group of isles between Westeros and Essos. With many men and horses or better how it's said; unicorns. Powerful because of their knowledge of trading and war. Unlimited riches seemingly after they conquered almost all of Westeros before Aegon the Conquerer. The first born daughter is always the heir to the throne not the son. It's said that they have swords made out of diamonds that cut through steel. The queen is Andriana the first of her name, the white queen because of her white hair and her status as ruler over the Isles. Many years ago they fought for independence and won as I already mentioned. Since then a Westerosi always married the next queen to keep the peace, the last lucky man was Ferwyn Umber who died a few years ago. Should I go on? And what has that to do with me? Are they attacking us?" Robb said as he also leaned on a wall and crossed his arms confused with his eyebrows raised but now much more relaxed. The worst case scenarios plopped up in his head. The picture of a unicorn stabbing him in the heart would probably hunt him in his dreams.

"It's-" Ned started but he looked to the floor as he couldn't say it or couldn't find the right words for his sons fate or how to tell him the rather bad news.

"Your father is trying to say that you're promised to the next white queen. Kaine Dantis. It's said that she is holy and some kind of omen because she was born with an blue and an green eye. It's also said that she's a better swordsman than Arthur Dayne" Cat said as she stepped closer to Robb to look inside his ocean blue eyes. She squeezed his arm slightly telling him that everything would be okay even though she knew it wouldn't.
