Destined (Near X Reader)

Hours passed. Near and I were still in our same boring situation which I don't know something more boring than this, and of course nothing happened between us.

What? Don't have high hopes on me, 'me from another world'. I won't do those fluffy human romance stuff. And I don't think that whitefluff would do that either.

I sighed, but then heard the door open.

"So both of you are here."

We both turned at the door to see Matt and Mello. The scene is a bit weird though. Matt isn't holding any consoles and Mello isn't eating any chocolate.

"Being in a room with Near flipped the world upside down.." I said.

"Hu-"

"You just realized that??" Mello said, cutting Matt.

"He's a nightmare! Lord I'm dying!"  I cried.

"Finally, someone agreed!" Mello said as we high-fived. I was too excited that I forgot about my ability, and it happens. I saw Mello, looking at a screen where Matt dies and not longer after that Mello dies as well. Matt was shot with no mercy while Mello died with heart attack.

What's with these geniuses and dying!?

"And this is how the 'always got annoyed' and the 'always wants to annoy' became allies." Matt said, snapped me from my thoughts. 

"Sounds right!" I said as I tried to calm my mind and act the usual.

Humans die eventually. Their death is none of my business unless it's my 'ending the world' job.

"We should get going guys!" I said to them.

"yes. We should go now." Near said and walked to the door, taking the book with him.

"Wait- you're coming too!?" I said.

Near just stared at me then walks away.

"You little-"

"Calm down End."

"You guys finally arrive!" Linda greeted us. "Here." she handed a candle for each of us.

"What's this for?" I said, confused.

"It's a summoning object." she said.

I raise an eyebrow at her words.

Summoning forest creatures doesn't need this..

I then looked around to see the kids there, talking to each other until my eyes landed on a drawing on the floor. It's not just any drawing. It's a magic circle! A dangerous one!

Or THAT!

"What's that for??" I said and pointed to the magic circle.

"Jet said it will summon something cool!" she exclaimed.

"Take a seat, it'll start soon." she said and left to the other kids.

"Uhh.."

"Don't tell me you're scared now?" Matt sneered.

"No."

Of course I'm scared!

BECAUSE THEY COULD ACCIDENTALLY SUMMON A MONSTER-

(Y/n), calm. It's not like they could summon something dangerous at first try right?? I mean, these kids are amateurs..
