After Harry's talk him and Draco headed back to the compartment where the rest of the squad were sitting.
"Can we all start over?" Draco asks the group.
"I would love to, you were ever so nice to when when i was kept captive" Luna said standing up shaking his hand "my name is Luna Lovegood, some people call me looney but i dont mind i think its cute they don't understand the things i do"
Draco smiled "my name is Draco Malfoy, i hope you can tell me more about these things that others done understan LuLu"
Luna smiled at the nickname Draco had used, she missed when he called her is.
Neville was next to stand up, he walked toward Draco who was unsure what would happen next.
And to his surprise Neville grabbed his hand and started to shake it.
"If my Luna can forgive you then so can i" he said smiling "my name is Neville Longbottom, my mother and father were drove to insanity during the first wizarding war, and its only now that they are starting to get better" Draco looked astounded.
"My name is Draco Malfoy, and i cannot wait to meet your brave parents and tell them all about how you fought during our wizarding war"
Next to shake his hand was Harry.
"You may know me, I'm Harry Potter, the chosen one, the boy who lived....twice, the person who killed the dark lord, saviour of the Wizarding World? And not to blow my own trumpet but I'm Ginny Weasley Boyfriend" Draco was laughing, for the first time in a long time he was actually laughing.
"Well Harry, I've only ever heard of you being Ginny Weasley's Boyfriend are you sure your not lying about the rest" this comment made the full compartment laugh. Ginny was now up shaking Draco's hand.
"I'm Ginny, Harry's better half" she said which made Draco frown.
"Oh come off it Ginny tell me more everyone else has" Draco replied. But Ginny smiled and sat down "i like your style" was all Draco could say before he felt another hand is his.
"I'm Ron, better third of the golden trio, i can eat a full turkey to myself, i can also play a mean game of wizarding chess" Draco smiled at Ron this was the person he was worried about, he though Ron would fall out with everyone but it seems like Ron has actually grown up a bit since the war. Ron smiled back at Draco "We'll Ron I've actually heard a lot about your Wizard Chess game especially how great it was in first year" Draco smirked, Ron laughed "what you jealous Draco?" Draco looked around but she wasn't there. Harry smirked "she'll be back in a minute and she'll be happy to introduce herself to you" but no one knew she was standing outside the compartment with the biggest smile on her face. This was something she wished happened all these years ago but as she thought to herself its never to late for change she couldn't help but thank Merlin that everyone was being civil.
