I sprinted back home, I didn't even bother to shut the front door. My heart was racing, my palms were sweating so much the sweat was running down my arms like a river. This is what Tylis was trying to warn me about. He knew that the cameras had caught my ability. He wanted me to stay away and lay low but instead I went and poked around and the knights knew I would be back. God dang it why am I so- I was cut off. The two knights had slammed open the front door. I scurried to my room and hopped out of my window. I curled into a little ball and started to pray that they didn't find me.

Į heard the creaking of the woodplacks in my room. They were there in my room. I heard their breathing close to the window. My breath hitched as they got closer. Then they left. I had a strange feeling they were going to be back though.

The next morning, mom was home when I woke up. She was standing at the front door looking absolutely star struck. I realized then that this was not a good star struck, it was an absolutely terrified one. Of course at the door were two knights, the same two from yesterday. I let out a silent slur of curses but apparently not as silent as I thought because one of the knights looked me directly in the eye. The other ones eyes followed and soon my mom's did as well. She moved for the door way to reveal another lady. She wasn't as tall as the guards but she was taller than my mom and definatly taller than me. She had ravenous black hair that was fitted into a loose but neat bun at the top of her head, but the ominous silver crown almost blocked it. Her attire was royal worthy and on her neck was a simple but beautiful chain of diamonds.

She wasn't just any lady she was the queen, the main queen at that. Her perfect red lips twisted into a smirk as she layed eyes on me. Wonderful simply wonderful she whispered breathlessly. I met her murky lake blue eyes. "Blake," my mom called softly. "This is Queen Virion  and her two escorts," my mom explained quietly. The queen quickly turned to my mom, "Oh no need for introductions darling we won't be here for long." "Yes-yes I know," she answers sorrowfully. "Blake Espion Luther, let me explain, the queen started, You are not some poor traveling merchant daughter the traveling merchant that is your father is not a merchant at all, he was the run away prince." "After he ran away he was presumed dead until the security cameras caught a glimpse of your ability, clearly a replica of his, when we did research we were dissapointed to find that the main prince is dead but he left a heir, Blake Espion Luther you are that heir." "You are to come live with the royal oligarchy in the palace and learn how to become a proper princess so you can someday join as the head queen." "Blake this isn't a choice you have to leave now," mom said regretfully. When I looked like I was going to refuse the knights stepped into the house a step. They made it clear that if I did not comply harm would be brought to my mom. I let out a shaky uncertain breath, "fine." The knights stepped down. I followed silently out the door. I couldn't even stand to look at my mom's sobbing face as I left her.

A gorgious carrige was waiting for us as we walked further down the street. It was silver and elegant and had two black stallions pulling it. One of the knights helped both the queen and me into the carriage. The inside was very spacious and the seats were made from a blue velvet. The queen grabbed my hand and agian our eyes met. You look just like him, except for the brown hair. His hazel eyes his nose his chin, you are undoubtably his daughter she said. Tonight there will be a party in your honor I expect you to be there you will meet you betrothed there, my son. I loved your father once and I love you just as much I want to keep you close that is why I have you marrying him. I don't even care about marriage, I don't care about the party, I don't even bother to care about anything right now, my tired brain needs time to think, time to calm down.

After she idly introduced a betrothel and a royal party the queen stayed silent for the rest of the trip. When we finally entered the capitol city I was not surprised. There were many people out on the streets waving and pointing almost like we were in a parade. Of course everyone wore every expensive gowns and suits, they were all a noble of some sort. I assumed, even when I lived back in the village, that every one iving in the capitol city was rich. off into the distance somewhere you could see the castle. The queen did not acknowledge any of the people on the street, her focus was solely on the  castle in front of us. My eyes wavered though, from the castle, to the many people crowded around the carriage as it moved slowly onward.
